This phone was ordered as new and unlocked. I took it to my server Verizon and they could not unlock it. I took it to AT&T and thet would not unlock it.
That's when I found out the phone was used, did not work, and was only worth about $400.00 I was charged $800 00 for a new Galaxy Note 8
