Was recommended to use this by a friend after sustaining some minor burns on my chest. I bruise and mark easily. I also have hyperpigmentation. This oil was not only moisturizing but not oily whatsoever. Used it nightly until I healed completely. It increased healing time and my scar is BARELY visible. You wouldn’t even know it was there if I didn’t point it out.

You should always consult your doctor for ingredients that are tolerable or recommended during pregnancy. This is the best product and I am using at a rate of a bottle per 2.5 months (which is insane because I used for cosmetic purposes for years at a rate of one bottle per 1.8 years). Now I slather this everywhere - obviously my belly and breasts but it is also divine for thigh rubs, eczema patches that have sprouted, my growing booty from weight gain, my neck and face. I was using this in conjunction with an all natural moisturizer for my face but in my second trimester I became extremely sensitive to any lotion other than this product so now I do two rounds of this on my face. My best process is to towel off after a shower except for my face. Once dry, I first place a layer on my face and belly before coating the rest of my areas. Once the I have finished coating my body (I use a whole pump for my face and belly and then one or two more pumps for everywhere else), and the products has absorbed, I go in for a second application on my face and belly. It absorbs so easily and just leaves the softest skin behind. They say stretch marks are exacerbated by dryness inside and out so this is a necessary step in prevention along with massive internal hydration (get that 10 cups of water minimum a day, lady!). I contacted Biossance because I always ordered directly from their site but my husband reordered from here and they verified that FortressBrand is an authorized seller so no need to worry about expired or tampered product.

This stuff is so soothing. If you have sensitive skin this might be just what’s needed. I often go through spells of very sensitive skin and at these times it can be hard to find any moisturizer that doesn’t burn and sting. This stuff is the exception. My skin was in a sensitive state last night and another moisturizer I put on was intolerable. I had to rinse it off and I put this on and it immediately calmed down and did not sting at all. This serum is moisturizing and seems to layer well. I also love that it is from a sustainable plant source.

I had actually ordered 2 of the Squalane and lactic acid, and got 1 of those and 1 pure Squalane. This stuff is wonderful. Texture & smoothness of skin!

I purchased the oil after reading a review in a magazine!
The oil is easy to apply to the face/neck especially as it has a little plunger that regulates how much comes out!
Have been using it for about 2wks now & while I don’t see a huge difference to my skin I also don’t see any bad effects from using the oil! Will continue to use it for next couple of weeks & see how my skin is looking!
Overall happy enough with the oil, ( guess I was hoping for miracles to my skin but haven’t given up yet!!)

I'm in my late 20's and have oily skin. My skin was recovering from the itchiness of a retinol burn. The redness has gone down but the itchiness persist, to where I would unintentionally scratch my face at night. I put some of this oil on my face and neck and woke up with a rash on my neck. I felt like it was too much for my skin because I got whiteheads and I don't usually get whiteheads. My logic was, since I had oily skin, to use squalene oil to help combat excessive oil producing. Not really the case here. I gave this product a try for almost two months.
