Lives up to the Hype

I did a lot of research on true wireless earbuds. These are hands down the best value for the money - especially considering they throw in the power bank charger and adapter. The sound is perfect and the noise-canceling works great! I get 4-6 hours of listening with noise-canceling on and can recharge 3-4 times with the case. The only minor nit is if you sweat a lot or spend time in the rain these are not for you as they are not very water-resistant.

The headphones failed to connect together

I grew up with Sony TVs, the first Walkman and stereos. I have a pair of average Sony wired noise canceling headphones and they work well during both train and plane travel. I was excited to try out these wireless Sony noise canceling headphones. I wore them daily for the first two plus months but finally gave up in exasperation. The unreliability in connecting / synchronizing the right & left earbuds led to my return to wired headphones. When these units connected the sound was fine, although I had a lot of complaints on calls about ambient noise and wind.

I would not buy these again and they sit unused in a drawer.

Used for music, telephone calls, and travel noise cancelling. First off, seller was excellent. First class service. Quickly responded and was very helpful with questions or concerns, 5 starts to Beach Camera. Sony product is easy and well made. Excellent battery life. Multiple sized ear pieces are nice. Stays securely in ear. Sound quality for music has nice equalizer to adjust to taste. App for controlling, monitoring, and adjusting was very easy to use. Only con is ability to control background noise during phone calls with regards to the person on the other end of the call. I could hear them perfectly, but they heard a large amount of actual ambient noise. Microphone seems to pick up too much above users own voice. I am new to product so it may turn out to be an adjustment via app to fix. Will check out settings to see if this just user error, or a limitation and update review.

Excellent sound quality and better-than-expected noise isolation/cancellation. I never knew how wonderful this feature could be until I used them on a flight. Software is a bit finicky but has been continuously improved. Maintains a good Bluetooth connection and plays audio in synch with video.

These have a static in them and even in the replacement buds, we returned both. They did not have great sound quality as expected to be near 300 dollars. ( The issues that have been noted in this review referred to the call quality. The sound of the music is superb with these Sony earbuds The noise cancellation is top notch. Repeated issues with calls which I just cannot have . So to reiterate all of these issues are referring to the call quality Not music or video sound quality which is excellent.)

The ear buds are great - everything the reviews promised. I paid extra for the earbud "power bundle", which includes a charger. The set I received did not have the charger. Therefore, I was overcharged for the power bundle which I did not receive.

The sound quality for music and the app are pretty good. Quality for making phone calls is inconsistent in that there is often an echo or edginess to call audio which comes and goes. Time will tell if they were a good buy. Highly disappointed that the price dropped over $30 between ordering and delivery.
