If the Dell Optiplex and and the Dell Alienware lines got hammered at the company holiday party and hooked up, this is what the baby would look like. There's plenty of interesting work applications for the RTX 2060, and this machine will look professional your home office. If you turn off the front light bar in the BIOS, your boss/clients will never suspect you were up playing Doom all night.
If you want a no-nonsense machine that is ready to play games right out of the box (Alienware) is reliable, and can be upgraded hassle-free (Optiplex) then look no further. I appreciate that Dell provided all the extra cables you'll need if you do decide to fill all the drive bays, and they are all routed perfectly neatly to the exact place you'll need them, saving you time, saving you money, and looking professional.
If you want to have fun with overclocking or think you're going to want the next $1500 GPU as soon as it is released, then this is not the case for you. This case is designed to provide optimal airflow to adequately power and cool any components that will fit, provided you aren't overclocking them. I think you could adapt the PSU and 3.5" HDD cage to accommodate an intake fan if it would make you feel better, but don't go pushing your luck.
I ran the i7-9700 and the RTX 2060 full throttle for 8 hours, and the temps never went about 83. My gut says you might be pushing your luck if you filled all 3 HDD cages with spinning disks. I can tell you for a fact that you can push the temps too high by failing to remove the plastic wrap covering the front bezel. But, the bottom of my Dell Precision gets hot enough to cook on my lap, and is still rocking after 4+ years of running hard 5+ days a week. I see no reason to stop trusting Dell's designs now.
