A good phone

I've been using this phone for about a month now and I like it! It doesn't have a headphone jack, which doesn't bother me, but I know that's a dealbreaker for some people. It also has no SD card slot , which was a bit of a red flag for me, but 128GB is still plenty of space. My favorite thing about Samsung is that even after a phone is a couple years old, it's still a great phone as long as it's not broken. The camera is great, and the video quality is excellent . It also has a built in screen recorder (about time), an option to lower the brightness even after brightness is all the way down, and "modes" that you can customize, which I like already (I have one set up for an hour before I go to bed that doesn't let me open certain apps and turns on the blue light filter, and another for when I'm reading). My only real complaint is that the fingerprint reader isn't very good. With and without a screen protector, I seem to have issues with it several times a day, and the fingerprint reader on my A21 was perfect. Not sure why that, of all things, would seem to lower in quality with this upgrade when everything else seems better than my old phone. But it has many other ways to unlock, so it's not really a problem, just a little odd. Overall, definitely worth the money for me. I take way better pictures/videos with it (and the zoom is awesome!), it's fast, and it takes 5G which is the main reason I had to switch. I would recommend this phone to most people, but especially someone looking to go from a Samsung A to a Samsung S without breaking the bank.

Wrong color, they gave me "Phantom Violet" instead of just black, but I don't care. It's going in a protective case, no one is going to see it looks like a chick's phone (lavender base with rose gold metal), but I wanted to let a potential buyer know. Most people would probably complain about this and reject it.

I am giving it a top score as it looks like it is new. It's appearance is immaculate, I can't see a single blemish while inspecting it closely.

The insert claims a battery capacity of 92% of new. It is fast-charging right now, it claims it will take about 1.5 hours to go to 15% to full. I haven't used it much and will update the score if there are any functionality problems, but so far it works well.

It took my previous sim card, loaded all contacts and immediately connected to my provider. It connected to my home WiFi no problem. It loaded YouTube (mobile) and played a video no problem.

Both cameras work, photos work, video works. If I find something doesn't work the review will be updated, I've only had it for 15 minutes so far.

It is very nice phone just taking a bit to get used to. Very disappointed, no 3.5 jack and no added storage capability. But the cameras are a huge step forward very crisp photos and crystal-clear videos. Haven't seen a difference in battery life over the older s9 plus. In some ways, this is a step forward in other ways a few steps back.

I'm surely no expert on cellular products. The Samsung S 21 + 256Gig 5G phone is feature loaded, without breaking the bank if purchased refurbished. Long battery life, very high level camera, plenty of storage. It obviously makes and receives phone calls. It has a long list of preloaded apps. It's easy to set and easy to use. It isn't current but still gets support from Samsung. It is equipped for wireless charging. It is large. The display is 6.7 in. Overall it seems to be a good buy.

It did not arrive in "excellent" condition as I had purchased. It was dirty, has marks all over the back and numerous minor scratches. Only one very small one on the screen tho, worse than none but better than 2. I'm not impressed but I'm satisfied.

Phone cosmetic was good condition. The phone has a issue keep saying no sim card. I thought it was my sim card so I bought new. Still having issues. Pretty bummed. It will work then not constantly.
