5.0 out of 5 starsVery Light - Glitchy Software but a Powerhouse

The LG Gram 16 with the max specs of a core i7 and 32gb of ram plus 2 TB of storage (in 2 1tb drives) - plus the built in microSD card, mega high resolution super crisp 4K screen and monster trackpad make this machine a powerhouse. The only downside is the integrated graphics. Having 2 USB-A ports and 2 USB-C ports is amazing. The webcam is excellent - clear and turns on quickly.
The weight of this laptop is phenomenal. I don't think it could get any lighter. You do sacrifice a more premium metal chasis to achieve this weight. But I'll take it.
Heat Disspation - is great - and the built in software allows you to control the fan speed/noise level.
The trackpad is great - but it is in a weird place and it took me 2 days to get used to it.
Having a bult in number pad is also surprisngly useful.
No fingerprint reader - kind of a bummer for a premium machine.
The built in software is ... ok. The LG Security guard is best disabled. It was driving me insane.
The on screen keyboard shortcut display is actually very useful.
PROBLEM: I have had issues with it actually going to sleep when it is plugged in. It just won't. I think that is a Microsoft problem.
I usually have a lot going on and the 32gb of ram is amazing. Plus all the storage is even better.
All in all this is a beast of a machine and I got it at a budget price.
