If you've enjoyed composing and creating good photos on your phone and are looking to do a little more than create great snaps, then this is the camera you need. You can achieve great things straight out of the box and setting the little dial to 'auto' will allow easy and immediate snaps. But only using 'auto' will not allow you into the creative process and artistic skills that the rest of the camera will allow. Take your time. Visit Rob Trek on You Tube and learn one great technique at a time. You will be surprised at 10 stop filters and Live Composites and starry sky photography. After learning these techniques, you will be pretty expert and taking excellent quality photos without the need of relying on Instagram filters!

Después de tener la Mark II de Olympus varios años, decidí comprar la Mark IV porque tiene algunas cosas nuevas muy interesantes y la mía estaba un poco viejita. Pesa muy poco, tiene una mejor ergonomía, lo cual es muy importante para mi, y varias costas mas que son muy buenas y que los expertos en cámaras valoraban, como una gran estabilidad un sensor mejor, al disparar es muy suave etc. Estoy encantada con ella. Puedo aprovechar los objetivos que ya tenía y no se puede pedir mas en mi opinión.Saludos desde España.

Da appassionata di Olympus, già ai tempi dell'analogico e della mitica OM-1n, ritrovare una macchina che ne ripropone il look and feel, l'usabilità, non mi è parso vero.
Ho già una Pen di prima generazione e il dettaglio dell'immagine mi aveva deluso, nonostante le ottiche di qualità. Con questa mark IV finalmente il sensore arriva ad una buona risoluzione e la differenza nelle foto si vede eccome.
Purtroppo la macchina che mi è arrivata aveva un difetto sul sensore. Me ne sono accorto per caso grazie a qualche foto con lo sfondo di un magnifico cielo azzurro.
Leggo che nelle recensioni il problema al sensore è piuttosto comune. Probabilmente si è trattato di un difetto di gioventù o di una partita difettosa. Peccato: ho dovuto restituire la macchina e ora sono in attesa che torni disponibile.
