before anything else, these came in 4! days early! and in my opinion, these are Much better than the regular 1st airpods and i’m so happy i decided to splurge, the sound is very clear and, since i mostly wear these while working, the conversational awareness is very useful. i had no problems like some other reviews with the pieces being mismatched and they paired with my phone very easily and honestly they just felt like new.
however! two things; these headphones do tend to get loose or even fall out of my ear way more than my old airpods but i haven’t tried a smaller ear piece so maybe that’ll fix it, and while everything came with them except the original box, the spare large ear pieces that came with them were very dirty n had caked ear wax inside…. very nasty, but everything else makes up for that mess lol i do recommend these for the price difference but of course i got mostly lucky everything worked out for mine so just keep that in mind

I couldn't be happier with this purchase. The fact that they arrived on time was great. The packaging was nice, and I was genuinely surprised by the quality of the product considering the price is $70 cheaper than buying them new. They looked almost brand new out of the package aside from some minor scuffs on the case, but I can't complain considering everything else. So far, I am enjoying my purchase and I'm pretty sure I will continue to enjoy them for many years! Five stars from this buyer, and I will continue to purchase products from this seller!

My airpods were supposed to be here today but got here 2 days early. They came fully charged, with different sized ear pieces and a brand new charger. The sound was amazing and the noise cancelling was perfect. I couldn’t hear anything, even with the volume only half up. They arrived in perfect condition, practically new. I’m extremely happy with this purchase so far.

These were going to be my 2nd pair of AirPods Pro 2. I got the first ones directly from the Apple store, and I loved them so much, I wanted a backup set just in case something happened to the first. I know these are a refurbished pair of AirPods Pro 2, so I didn't expect them to be in mint condition. But when I opened the little packet of silicone earpads and I saw earwax inside the shell, I was done! I specifically wanted the XS size to put on my new set, but that just grossed me out. I didn't even care that the box had a scuff mark, but I trusted what I read about Amazon Renewed. It says in the policy that, "All products have been professionally inspected, tested, cleaned, and refurbished as necessary by Amazon-qualified suppliers". Clearly, these were not clean and they should not have been sold as "Excellent". I will say that it did come with the C charge cord and it paired to my Android in an instant.
