I've actually undervolted this card, and saved about 100 watts of power usage. Every game still runs perfectly with no noticeable difference in gameplay whatsoever.
I'm not a frame rate chaser. IMO higher frames does not immediately dictate a "better" GPU. If a GPU can handle my desired resolution at right around 60 FPS, it's a fantastic GPU for my application. Here's the average frame rate for some of the more popular games I play (stock GPU power settings).
Cyberpunk, Ultra Settings, RT off - 62 FPS average
Cyberpunk, Ultra Settings, RT on, FSR set to Balanced - 59 FPS average
Forza Horizon 5, Extreme settings, RT on (max setting) - 93 FPS average
Stray, max settings - 67 FPS average
Apex Legends, max settings - (frame cap) 144 FPS constantly, no lower
Subnautica Below Zero, max settings - (frame cap) 144 FPS constantly, no lower
Assetto Corsa, max settings - (frame cap) 144 FPS constantly, no lower
Rocket League, max settings - (frame cap) 144 FPS consistently
The Last of Us, max settings - 63 FPS average

At a price lower than what the 3080TI is selling for, and significantly higher 4K performance, this card was a no brainer!
+ It runs relatively cool during peak gaming
+ Fans are monstrous, but rarely ever needed to be run at full speed and and keeps the cars quiet
+ Performance is INSANE. Even without using FSR, this card chews away the most demanding of games out there. I disregard raytracing as a gimmick because we are several years away from mainstream adoption so I don’t care how the GPU does with it (I’m talking to the point where it’s commonplace, like a smartphone). However, DXR optimized games like the Crysis remaster run flawlessly at close to highest settings, so I’m confident that future games will be well optimized to take advantage of this card’s software ray tracing performance.
- The one con I have noticedso far is coil whine, but it’s really rare and doesn’t bother me when it happens
Lastly, I powered this card with a Supernova 850 G6 even though the package says 950W minimum (which is a bit absurd in my opinion). As long as you have a really well rated 850W or above PSU you should be okay.
If you don’t have the money for a 3090TI and want to get a really high end video card right away, look no further as I’m sure this will serve you well for the coming years.
I should also add that PowerColor’s support is also great and I haven’t had any issues with their RMA/warranty.
