    I love this headset! With different ear pads, this has lived up to everything I was hoping for when I ordered it. The band across the top is so comfortable with the way it adjusts, and it seems to have absolutely perfect tension (I don't have to "fight" it). I didn't even have to adjust it from how it came - though if I did, it is very easy to do. This alone is a big win for me, as the gel-filled pads on some other headphones I've owned have given me headaches. I also absolutely love the RGB - the colors are gorgeous and transition smoothly (which for me is a must). The sound quality seems great too, although admittedly as long as it sounds clear and volume seems appropriate to what is set, that's about the extent to which I care so I'm not a great judge in that department.

    The one issue I did have is that the ear pads that come on the headset by default did not hold the headphones out far enough away from my head, so the inside of the earphone would sit against the tip of my ears. After a few hours of gaming or watching videos, I would remove the headphones to very achy ears. However, third-party ear pads seem abundant, and I easily found a pair that do the job and I've experienced zero ear pain since!

    Overall I am very happy with these and hope they last a long time.

    I am really pleased with this headset. Great sound and the mic performs well. The lights on the earphones only light up if your are plugged in via USB. I plug mine into a PS4 controller and noticed no lights. I haven't really noticed a sound quality difference between hooking up to USB opposed to the controller, but if you want to use that extra dial that it comes with you have to utilize the USB port. Also these things are super comfortable. My ears used to get hot from my old headset and I would get headaches after playing a couple hours. The arctis 5 comes with that ski head band that makes it fit to your head with squeezing it like a vice grips. Great headset.

    Ce que j’ai apprécié :

    - Le son ! Le son de ce casque est vraiment super ! Une gamme au dessus avec le son 7.1, j’utilisais avant un Logitech G430 qui proposait un excellent son mais là le son n’est plus le même ! Le son m’a énormément surpris positivement pour la première écoute, j’avais l’impression de redécouvrir des musiques, des sons déjà entendus. Le son était vraiment mieux !
    - Le confort : le casque m’a aussi surpris énormément pour son confort ! Surtout les mousses : rien qu’au toucher j’étais agréablement surpris ! Elle sont très agréable ! Le bandeau du casque aussi est très confortable, c’est vraiment un plaisir d’avoir ce casque sur soi !
    - Le design : Je trouve vraiment le casque très beau en plus de tout ce qu’il propose ! Des RGB magnifiques, simples et légers, sans être abusif ! La couleur blanche donne vraiment un côté moderne et très jolie je trouve (vous pouvez vous faire un avis sur les photos).
    - Le micro : Le micro aussi m’a agréablement surpris pas son son très développé et correct ! De plus qu’il reste modifiable par le logiciel SteelSeries. Il est sûrement parmi les meilleurs micro-casque, après tout dépend également de vos goûts.
    - Le packaging : Un emballage très propre, très épuré, le casque est bien protéger ! Rien à redire dessus !
    - La customization : Le casque est personnalisable grâce au logiciel et vous permet de l’adapter à vos besoins comme vous le désirez : égalisateurs, couleurs, microphone, différents paramètres.

    Je n’ai pas trouvé de réels points négatifs à ce casque ! Je peux juste vous dire que celui n’est pas réglable et donc peut ne pas convenir à toutes les têtes, mais cela dépendra une fois de plus de vous !
    Il était également livré avec un adaptateur pour téléphone, pour ceux qui en aurait besoin.

    Ce casque est vraiment un produit de qualité ! Tout est de qualité. Je vous le conseille vraiment si vous chercher un casque dans ces prix.

    My first gaming headset, I replaced normal headphones after doing a lot of research. I want to note that my main use for it is call conferences and gaming. I have it over 2 months now, so I hope it lasts!

    Set up/Sound: Really easy to set up, recommended to search for equalizer setting in the internet, or even play with those yourself to find what suits you most. Can produce really good quality sound.
    Microphone: Didn't had any issue with it, had good feedback from others on how it sounds. Also the red light when you disable the mic is very helpful at not forgetting yourself muted. In general the 2 buttons behind(sound,mic) are really helping to a quick mute/deafen need. Also I am very fond of the microphone being able to be pushed in when you are not using it. Plus it's super flexible to move it around. Very happy with the mic design overall.

    RGB: It's really fun to look at, I had it on for a bit, but I have disabled it for now since there is no real use of it. Many color options if you are a fan.
    Ear cups: They feel really good soft and comfortable. A tiny bit pressure when I wear my glasses (I wear contacts too) but not too noticeable to care.
    Size: The size was really good from the start, I didn't had to arrange the headband, and even my 11 year old daughter who uses them sometimes doesn't have an issue with the size, it fits fairly well. I like the headband cause it feels good wearing it and not feeling the plastic over your head.

    Storing them: I would recommend to have a headset stand or something that can work as a stand to hang it (I use a furniture part), it feels better than throwing them around. Since I have read some people having issues with broken plastic, I try to take good care of them to avoid this happening.

    One last note : The main reason I didn't bought Arctis 3 which is similar is because I wanted a usb one and I didn't regret it, plus I found it in a good price with amazon discount at around £84. Nevertheless I still think it's a bit expensive.

    Tip for a small sound issue: I had a weird issue that happened a couple of times, the sound and/or the microphone was just disappearing out of nowhere. The solution was weirdly super simple, from the windows button on the bottom right, I just disabled and enabled again the sound, and it worked. I found this solution to the internet the first time it happened, so it might help someone.

    Da bei meinem altem Headset (ebenfalls von Steelseries) nach langem Tragen (ca. 3-4 Stunden) immer die Ohren zu schmerzen begonnen haben (Headset drückte auf Brillenbügel), macht ich mich auf die Suche nach einem Neuen. Entschieden habe ich mich für das Artic 5, da ich bis jetzt sehr zufrieden mit Steelseries war.

    Pro:
    -Sehr gute Soundqualität (virtueller Suround klingt echt gut für diese Preiskategorie)
    -angenehmer Tragekomfort (auch nach einer 4-stündigen Zockersession hat das Headset nirgends gedrückt; Der Schaumstoff passt sich gut an auch im Bereich der Brillenbügel)
    -Das Einstellen der Passform mit dem Klettband funktioniert sehr gut, trotz oder gerade wegen der Einfachheit
    -Die Ohrmuscheln passen sich horizontal und vertiakl an den Kopf an (sind einstellbar)
    -Drehregler, um einzustellen, ob mehr Spielsound oder bessere Chatlautsträke, ist ech toll
    -Mikrofon lässt sich ins Headset schieben, somit kann man es als normale Kopfhörer (auch fürs Handy, Klinkenadapter im Lieferumfang) verwenden
    -Sprachqualität des Mikros ist meines Erachtens gut, mein Gegenüber versteht mich immer ohne Probleme.

    Kontra:
    -man kann das Mikro per Knopfdruck stummschalten, dann leutet es aber rot, was manchmal etwas störend ist, aber eine darauf hinweist, dass man nicht reden kann

    Bedenken sollte man, dass der Tragekomfort von der Brille und der Kopfform abhängt und somit mancher eine andere Meinung zu dem Headset hat.
    Gleiches gilt auch für die Soundqualität. Wer wert auf wirklich guten Ton und Surroundsound legt, der muss in eine weitaus höhere Preiskategorie gehen. Aber für diesen Preis alles voll in Ordnung.

    Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kauf und kann das Headset ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.

    Tenía unos kingston II y me regalaron estos, La verdad es que tienes un control del sonido que antes no tenía. Puedes regular si el sonido va hacia la voz de la gente que juega contigo o hacia el juego. Son super cómodos en la cabeza y casi no notas el peso.
