    Noise cancellation is not an option when the small plastic piece that holds the swivel earphone breaks. I have contacted AKG to tell them of the defect but they are not willing to help. I am not disparaging the product. The headphones sound great, but the customer service is not helpful at all.

    I was nervous these might be knockoffs or seconds or something, but they've got an amazing build quality as promised and great sound. I wanted headphones I could wear while my family watched TV in the same room, and have tried and returned several sets.
    These have fantastic noise cancellation (even when there's a big bomb of sound on the TV), the controls are easy to use and not finicky or usable only by delicate fingers, battery life seems good and will hopefully stay that way, and they have the full, natural sound I have come to expect from AKG over the years.
    N60's are best in class.
