Its a really fun D&D lite simulator. Only problem is, there's lgbt people in it, which automatically makes it too political. The sex appeal for 16 year old boys or lonely 30 year old men kinda balances it out though.

This game is very tedious and slow. I tried investing at least 3 hours and can tell you that it may be very deep, but. it for casual gamers and not for gamers looking for Final Fantasy type action.

First of I love this game. The biggest reason is you can play the whole game co-op with a friend with your own custom characters. The story is engaging and interesting with lots of content and side quests to do.
The gameplay is its biggest strength however. The combat is turn based where you take it in turns to position characters, cast spells and attack. The level of skill involved is very high it took me a good 10 hours (No joke) to get of the starting island to act 2. There where many occasions where i had to restart hour long fights because i lost. It was frustrating but when you conquered the fight it was very rewarding.
The dialog options and way you tackle people is very open ended too. You can persuade, intimidate etc and avoid lots of difficult fights or quests just by taking.
As a PC first game it translates well over too xbox and you can even plug in a mouse and keyboard if needed to play it.
If you want a long game that has lots of replay value and depth to it this is the game for you.

Siccome in italiano c'è una sola recensione oltre alla mia e sembra scritta da uno che non è in grado di navigare un semplice menù di opzioni mi pare giusto confermare che c'è la possibilità di impostare la lingua di tutti i testi scritti (compresi i sottotitoli) anche in italiano. Lo dico per rendere giustizia al gruppo nostrano di traduttori che ci ha lavorato e al fatto che quelli di Larian abbiano avuto l'intelligenza di comprendere il loro lavoro nella definitive edition. Detto questo il gioco è fantastico e lo consiglio a tutti gli amanti dei gdr.
