    At about 1/10 of the power of the leading performance graphic card, it is usually not a very exciting purchase, however is prob the best card you can get under $60. I got an open box which came with the original box and the low-profile bracket which I needed. It looked completely new otherwise.

    I do not recommend buying this card at full price, there are many used cards around that are just as good and cost 1/2 price and you help save the environment by getting a used product.

    As far as performance, it will run most games at 30 fps, but not 4K or 60fps, but it was good enough for what I needed. There is a small fan on this card that does produce some minor noise. There is a fanless version of this card but it is more expensive. For a better performance look at the 1050ti, which is about 2x the performance, but also 3x the price.

    Bottom line, this is a budget card that will do the job, but only worth it if you can get it in a budget price. If you can spend a bit more in the 100-200 range there are better options out there.
