The loop to hold my pen broke off ages ago and my tablet pen kept falling out. After one 3 foot drop, the original pen from the wacom lost all pressure. I bought this pen to replace it and it was affordable and great. It felt a bit different from the previous pen but it worked just as well. Then I dropped it from a considerable height and panicked-- and it was fine.
In fact, this pen lasted many more and many worse falls than the original one did. I bought a new one once that one finally met its bitter end due to my own neglect after years of daily use and I've been much more careful with this one. It's wonderful and I highly recommend as a replacement pen!!
Just remember - this goes to me and others - to not misplace it in a dark hotel room so you have to buy a replacement yet again.
