As for Portra 400 vs Fuji Pro 400H, it is a personal choice; both excellent films. After extensively using both my preference is Portra 400 for my industrial work.
Folks, it is the Mac vs. Windows, Chevy vs. Ford thingy. Choose the film that best produces images for your eyes and for your client. As for rating I have shot at box and +1, developed as ISO 400, results are excellent. For a test I took a roll shot at different ISO up and down the range, from ISO 100 through ISO 1600. After the pro lab, Richards Photo Lab, processed the film and did prints it was difficult to see a difference, only at the extreme ends of the ISO.

Gemessene Zeit -> Zeit inkl. Ausgleich für reciprocity failure
- 3 Sekunden -> 4 Sekunden
- 4 Sekunden -> 6 Sekunden
- 5 Sekunden -> 8 Sekunden
- 6 Sekunden -> 10 Sekunden
- 7 Sekunden -> 12 Sekunden
- 8 Sekunden -> 15 Sekunden
- 9 Sekunden -> 17 Sekunden
- 10 Sekunden -> 20 Sekunden
- 15 Sekunden -> 34 Sekunden
- 20 Sekunden -> 51 Sekunden
- 30 Sekunden -> 98 Sekunden
Ansonsten gibt es quasi nichts was man beim schießen bedenken muss, außer eben, dass jeder Schuss 50ct kostet! :(

iso 400 perfetta per un giorno un po' nuvoloso o verso la sera, anche in interni.
molto bella la grana e la pastosità.
la comprerei sempre, magari costasse un po' di meno :)
