PROS:
Solid body. Great cam (when its not crashing). Great battery life.

CONS:
First, it was advertised as new and when I opened the box, it was refurbished. I HATE used and refurbished technology so I told them and they gave me 50% off. I hesitantly accepted because I needed the phone because I had to travel to Europe. Worst phone I have ever owned. Its not the phone, but the quality of material put in here because my cousin has the same phone which he bought new and it works flawlessly. I work in tech so I've used all sorts of phones and these phones are made with the Cheapest parts (internal parts like chips, processors etc) to make it "passable" as a refurbished.

I've had this phone for 4 months now and it crashes and restarts at least 2-3 times a day or a simple app like Chrome or Candy Crush with no other apps running and everything is up to date like it should be will still crash and/or keep crashing until I restart the phone. It is a good day if it crashes twice in a day.

My brother buys refurbished items and Maybe you buy refurbished items too and maybe you are considering it to save money or maybe I've ended up with a HORRIBLE lemon. Either ways, I'd recommend you purchase from a different seller because even though they were quick to help me resolve the new and refurbished issue, the parts used in this phone are not bottom barrel, but what's found under the barrel.

P.S. I tried to msg them about this, but Amazon wouldn't allow me to for some reason.

Surprisingly Great condition. Purchased a Galaxy S10 G973U 128 GB T-Mobile Locked Phone. Obviously I know it is reconditioned, no issue there. It looks new. This phone arrived faster than scheduled. I was expecting it in 4 days and got it the next day. In fantastic condition!!!! Dropped the chip in and it upgraded without issues and down loaded everything from previously damaged phone. Im very happy with it. Thank you for sending exactly what you advertised. GizmoTrader is the real deal
