    A truly fast prime offering a portrait-length perspective, this black 50mm f/1.2 Lens from Samyang is designed for mirrorless聽cameras. The combination of the long perspective and bright f/1.2 maximum aperture enables extensive control over focus placement, which is further complemented by the manual focus design and rounded nine-blade diaphragm for a smooth bokeh quality. The lens construction incorporates a pair of aspherical elements to minimize chromatic aberrations and distortions for a cleaner, sharper image quality void of color fringing. An Ultra Multi-Coating has also been applied to boost contrast by suppressing lens flare and ghosting.

    Für den Bereich Autofocus kann ich keinen Stern vergeben, da das Objektiv voll manuell bedient werden muß. Die Verarbeitungsqualität ist sehr gut, an der Bildqualität gibt es nichts zu meckern. Ich tue mich jedoch schwer mit der manuellen Bedienung und werde auf original Fuji Objektive für meine XT 20 wechseln. Ich hatte überlegt, das Objektiv als Porträt-Linse zu behalten, da die Verarbeitung wirklich sehr gut ist, tendiere aber zu einem 80 oder 90 mm Objektiv.

    Equivalent d'un 75mm f/1.8 en format 24x36, ce 50mm f/1.2 est un incontournable pour faire du portrait. A pleine ouverture, le flou d'arrière plan a du caractère avec des pour-tours bien défini, ce que justement je recherchais (contrairement aux objectifs aux formules optiques trop parfaites qui produisent un bokeh trop aseptisé à mon goût), et la netteté est parfaite pour peu que la mise au point soit bien effectuée, ce qui n'est pas forcément évident à f/1.2. Une fois fermé, le piqué est exemplaire.
    Le tout dans une construction superbe, simple et robuste. Les bagues répondent bien, la bague de MAP possède la résistance nécessaire pour effectuer le point précisément.
    Utilisé sur un X-T3 avec focus peaking, parfait.
    Pour mes contrats pro j'opte pour des optiques à autofocus, mais pour mon travail perso j'utilise la gamme Samyang manuelle pour hybride qui est vraiment magique !
