Product Description
Kiipix smartphone picture printer is the easy and portable way to let the fun last forever. Making real memories with real pictures has never been easier than with the SiPix photo printer. Open up your kiipix, place your phone on top, push the button and turn the crank. The picture rolls out and you have a forever memory to keep or share. The only hard part will be choosing which pictures you want to print! Kiipix puts you in control. Unlike a traditional instant camera that often wastes film for blurry pictures, you can enhance the contrast or play with filter options before your photo prints. From fixing that annoying red eye to adding bunny ears or other fun filters, Kiipix portable photo printer lets you augment your own reality and then print it out to share with the real world.

As you can see in the photo on the right of my precious pooch, choosing a photo with good lighting is key. I adjusted that photo a bit and increased the brightness before printing, but it still loses some detail in her eyes. But, even with that I’m still impressed!
I highly recommend this printer for printing fun little (2x3) photos to have around.

But what really makes me really really mad is that it doesn't work. Im heartbroken and sad because I do my best not to waste my money on these kinds of things but this truly is a huge waste of mmy hard earned money. I'm a working college student and buying this AND film on a my part-timer pay just hurts. I turned my brightness all the way up and was so excited to see my favorite pic of my mom and I pop out but . . . Nothing. Just a black image on both sides. I waited and waited to see if maybe it just took super long to show up but nothing. Nada. Zilch. I tried again with a different photo but no. Nothing. Third try, third photo, and nope. I don't know what I'm doing wrong and if there is a way to make it work I'm open to finding out but as far as I can tell, this is just a piece of crap.

The first picture I took was #4, then I took #2. I edited #1, #3, and #5 to look closer to original one. I kept making changes until I got to #5 which was the closest one to the original picture, so I'm a lot more satisfied with #5.
Things I realized as I was experimenting with editing and printing the pictures:
-- it gets a little purple color so I changed the tint to look a little greener.
-- it creates a darker circle around the frame so I also adjusted the vignette to look a lot lighter
-- the pictures tend to look darker and overexposed at the same time, so try to reduce the darker tones/shadows and reduce the whites/highlights as well.
--Some pictures might need to reduce expose as well and reduce the darker a lot more. I also changed the saturation a little bit but that will depend on the look of the picture. #4 for example is very saturated because the original one is also a lot more saturated than the other ones
**note: I took the all pictures on the printer with the brightness of my phone on the max.**
To finish up the review I'd say it's worth the money especially if you can’t afford for those fancier ones. If you can, I'd say do that since those might be easier to get good results and they're more practical and easier to use too.

Enjoy!
