This is a good sized digital photo frame and looks great on the wall of my den! The photos auto rotate and the picture quality is excellent. No bracket is needed to hang it on the wall as it has a hole in the back for mounting it on the wall using just a nail. You could also use the Velcro sticky back wall mounts if you prefer. Very satisfied with this purchase as it meets my needs at a good price.

PROS: Got this for our mother for Christmas. My sister set it up and Mom absolutely loved it! The pictures were so clear and the size was great. The movies made us all laugh all over again. Well worth the money to get such a positive response for someone who really "does not want or need anything".
CONS: It was not easy to set up. according to my sister, there were no directions and it took quite a while for her to figure it out. She is expert with digital media in general so that says a lot to me. She figured out how to load pics and movies, but still not sure how we can send our pictures to the device so Mom can no longer claim she never gets anyone's pictures. Will continue to work with it to get this function down.
Overall, a great present.

I bought two of these for Christmas gifts- I wanted to load them up with photos and send them to grandparents who don't get to see the kids much. Unfortunately, one of the remotes didn't work, and both of them had different software than the owners manual showed, so it was useless for trying to fix the problems displaying some of the photos. Some were stretched, despite changing the settings from "full screen" to "original" to "scale"- it made no difference. Others were upside down, and none of the instructions could flip them around (although maybe we could have if we'd had the right owners manual...) The best we could do was get them to be sideways. There was no rhyme or reason to the ones that were stretched or upside down, either. They were all taken with the same phone, and it happened to both landscape and vertical photos. After nearly two hours of trying to figure it out, we finally gave up and we'll be sending them back. I would not recommend this product unless you're giving it to someone you don't like very much.
***UPDATE- I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email in response to this review, with an apology for our trouble and asking for more information about the issues we encountered so they could make it right. I was so impressed with their customer service and concern, I changed my rating from one star to three just for that. I probably would consider buying another one of their products in the future.

Over the years I have bought 5 digital picture frames, this is the worst picture I have ever had. I tried a flash drive, I tried a memory card. The resolution was terrible. Great features per the advertisement, but without a clear picture I will return the item. I would give a zero rating but that is not one of the options.
The seller customer service reached out to me after my review, was very cooperative and refunded my purchase price.
