105mm Amazing lens! Why?
I have had the 60mm macro lens for the past 20 years and have loved it. But I took the leap and got the Z8 and figured it was time for a macro lens update. This lens is so much faster and more fun to work with, combined with the Z8 and the ability to do focus stacking has been a game changer for me in the macro world. I also plan to use it for portraiture photos as well as commercial (subject depending) photos. I been taking photos now for over 30 years and just the speed of focus the ability to manually adjust and then have it re-auto focus has been super nice. If you love macro or portrait photos this lens won't disappoint. The photos I attached are all with the 105 and the Trillium (the 3 big leaf with the 3 violet colored pedals) I did a 30 shot focus stack and combined them in Photoshop.
