good, love the shape and cuteness.I'd suggest improving on the warming features. the whole thing is slack so when I use my mouse it the top would touch my hand. well, in the long term it would be better to have a kind of support to make a room inside. anyway, usable and like it.

While the concept of this is amazing, there is no support on sides to hold the top up. Therefor, the heating element which is on the top rests on the back of your hand. I moved it to the side and added some pieces to hold up the top and it works better for me.

It’s much bigger than I anticipated, but I’m always back with dimensions!! Super cute!

Bought this to try to keep my hand warm while working. While the concept is great the design of this product needs a little more work. The heating pad slips out of its pouch and touches your hand directly getting too hot on your skin. There is nothing to keep the top lifted off your hand because the sides are soft so no matter what the heating pad sits against the top of your hand. I like the size of this and it's really adorable. Also wish the heating pad had control for time, temperature, on/off, etc instead of just on or off. Will be returning to find something that better fits my needs.
