At $265 after a coupon, this looked like a fantastic deal for a 144Hz+ 1440p IPS monitor. Unfortunately, I am 90% sure the monitor I got actually contained a TN panel due to the overall color quality and viewing angle behavior. Maybe I got a complete manufacturing fluke and the rest aren't like this, I don't know. I almost kept it but ultimately decided that I would rather not be slightly disappointed every time I sat down at my computer. All the same, I'll provide my impression of the monitor I received.PROS:- Colors and lighting were quite uniform for normal viewing condition- Tiny bezels, I did not realize how much I would appreciate this- High refresh was super smooth and freesync worked fine with my GTX 1080- 0 dead or stuck pixels for meCONS:- Severe color shift from changing vertical viewing angles, as in the photos I included (looks exactly like my old TN monitor, AH-VA/IPS shouldn't do this)- Colors were overall washed out even after calibration- Brightness was barely sufficient- Blacks were quite gray, unless I darkened everything and sacrificed any capability of brighter colors- VESA mount needs ~1/2'' standoffs to avoid an obstruction on the back- Kind of a hazy film over everything; seemed like it had a protective film on, except there was nothing to peelIf this had been advertised as a TN monitor it would be an OK deal for gaming. For $50 less it would still be a great deal. As it is, I really wanted an IPS for the color accuracy and ability to flip it vertically without losing viewing angle quality, so it does not work for me.

Update: Had the monitor a month now. I stand by all of my comments.
Update 2: This review is for the B27Q Model, not the B27F. The B27F is a 1080p monitor, the B27Q is 1440p.

Firstly, I've only had this monitor for a day but consider the following:

Pros
- It came with no dead pixels or panel issues (ran tests as soon as I got it, will do an update later)
- Runs in native 2k at 165hz (you have to go into settings on windows 10 to change from default to 165hz)
- The stand is made of what seems to be pretty sturdy metal, only uses 4 screws so it's very easy to attach to the panel
- Color (once adjusted) looks great from even the sharpest of viewing angles

Cons
- The default color was slightly off (leaning more towards a red color), but this is easily remedied by going into the monitor menu and changing the colors manually. I personally found Red: 50 Green: 47 Blue: 72 to be quite accurate.

Additional comments:
It comes with a displayport cable, and the power plug works with any normal American outlet although it looks strange. AMD freesync works well, although the lowest frequency it operates at is 48hz all the way up to 165hz.

Tldr;
Great monitor, does what it says in description, good build quality, slightly off color that can be adjusted manually

This is NOT VESA compatible.

Though it has the holes, the bracket used for mounting the stand makes it impossible to use with normal VESA hardware.

Bought this monitor for gaming and it works pretty well but they shipped it with the wrong 12 volt DC converter (the male plug that goes into the monitor was the incorrect size) and within two weeks of playing it I have a half a dozen dead pixels. I'd say buyer beware you do get what you pay for. It isn't horrible considering it's hundreds of dollars less then the comparables but in hindsight I probably should have spent the extra $200. the only reason I did it was because it was my first time going from a full-size TV to a 27-inch monitor to game on and was not sure if I would like playing on the smaller size but now I would recommend gaming on a gaming specific monitor rather than a TV just probably not this one. Don't get me wrong I don't hate it but now that I know I like gaming on monitors I would definitely spend the extra money for a good one.

So I received this monitor and was skeptical especially when I saw the tacky packaging, but then I think ofcourse they are going to spend less on the package since the monitor is a great price for what you get. I use dp and run 165 frames. The monitor runs 165 in 2k if your computer CPU can handle it. It Comes with a metal stand you have to screw in. I do not like that it uses a power adapter and I suggest changing the main power cord from the korean one. You have to adjust the the color settings though it's not very good out of the box, but it's not the best either. You pay for what you get. In this case your getting a good deal purchasing this cheap monitor. This is also a monitor more toward gaming and not much else. That's what I bought it for and it has definitely helped alot, I upgraded from a 60hz. The difference is quite noticable.
