Ordered from Amazon. Box and chair was beat up pretty bad. Chair had some pretty nasty scratches on one of the arms. Some of the wheels had fallen off. Other than that, I couldn’t ask for a better chair. The support is amazing once You get the adjustments squared away. A very unique chair.
