Product Description
With the exclusive DyAc+technology on top of 360Hz refresh rate on a TN panel, XL2566K provides an overall clearer motion clarity than the market's offerings in its class.
Motion Clarity & Sharpness
-
Motion Clarity - CS:GO
DyAc+ on XL2566K makes vigorous in-game actions such as spraying clearer than DyAc⁺ on XL2546K. The clarity helps gamers see the position of the enemy during fast movements or fast moving targets more easily and notice the bullet trajectory more clearly which can help with recoil control and aim.

XL Setting to Share
Share your own settings with a teammate, friend, or your fans. Save video profiles quickly and share conveniently through a simple user interface.
-
Color Mode by Game Titles
Color settings are very subjective and will vary by games. Get the suggested Color Mode settings ZOWIE's team of players often come back to when playing different games. Apply with XL Setting to Share and fine-tune to your own preferred color setting that fits you the most.
-
Quick Access Settings
The change to the user interface and the new 5-way S Switch is more than just cosmetic. The re-designed interface provides you the ability to customize which FPS settings you would like to access quickly via quick menu, and then allows you to access them with one-touch. Setting up before games or during rounds is now much more convenient.
Smaller Base and More Playing Space
Monitor base is designed to take up less space while maintaining the same stability. This allows gamers more space in their setup for in-game movements and allows them the flexibility to make adjustments and play comfortably.
No Compromise in Durability for Aesthetics
During the design process, durability was not sacrificed for aesthetics. The LCD panel is better protected through a frame design that provides added resistance on the sides. This is especially useful when transporting the monitors to LAN events or BYOCs.

I was considering this and the PG27AQN and I believe I will be sticking with this. The motion clarity is just too good to sacrifice for the 1440p/360hz/IPS/ULMB 2 combination. I have a PG279Q which was the highest end monitor at the time of release and 1440p is good, but it's not as clear as 4k and that leaves something to be desired (I have a 4k 144hz). Games like Starfield are extra crisp with the motion clarity, as well as D4/D2R, RDR2, Cyberpunk, etc. 1080p is definitely not great in games but at the time being it is the only way to get the most out of today's motion clarity technology.
EDIT: Just tried the PG27AQDM, and while I have it set up right next to the XL2566k, I will be keeping the latter. The OLED of the first is obviously top tier and great, but I cannot live without the motion clarity despite the poor viewing angles.
That being said, this monitor is really, really good. The black equalizer and color vibrance features work well, and Dyac+ seems to work great. I’ve played with dyac on and off. To be honest, I can’t tell the difference unless I’m REALLY trying and am like dragging a window with text across my desktop and trying to read it at the same time.
With it being 1080p, my frame rate is always capped (I have a 4080- I know. Overkill.) My tracking has noticeably improved as well. 360 hz is noticeable, as I came from a 144hz monitor.
Now, with all this said, would I recommend it to people?
No. Not unless all you do is play shooters or have a good second monitor for other stuff.
I’d still much prefer to play a game like elden ring or Witcher on a bigger 1440p IPS display.
Also, I forgot to mention- optimum tech on YouTube has a video on this monitor with some color settings to make it look better. I highly recommend using those settings and then just dialing in the gamma and color vibrance. The display actually doesn’t look bad at all.
Update 2024-02-01 - RMA complete, replacement sent with no dead pixels, phenomenal monitor now that there are no QC issues. Highly recommend BenQ products in general, been using them since the XL2720T.

Even if the monitor is perfect for competitive gaming, at this price it should not have this kind of issue. When your're in a quiet room the noise is unbearable.
Out of the box and running 60 - 120hz is ok. As soon as you set it to 360hz the coil whine is bad. It is also noticeable at 240hz but not as bad. Returning this today.
