I suffer with migraines a lot sadly. Whilst these head strips don’t make the migraine go away, they do help to ease the symptoms and calm a high temperature. They’re soothing. The scent is calming. I go through many of them. I do wish they weren’t as expensive but cheaper alternatives are not the same so I’ll stick with them.

These are fantastic - I use them for headaches, panic attacks and as a way to cool down when the weather is hot! They are so cooling and help to ease any headaches. They also help calm me down when I feel hot and flustered.

Back in summer, there were nights I wouldn’t have been able to sleep without one of these! Highly recommend, will have a steady supply in my cupboard forever

If you only use one pad for a little while, you can put that back in the pouch, attach the little plastic that comes with it and you can re-use it.
