I like this watch. The red second hand is my favorite feature. I use it in the gym for my rest periods (90s to 2 min). Otherwise the time itself can be a bit too stealth, but I did want a black watch for the looks so can't complain really.The glass itself seems too shiny. Finger prints and smudges collect rather easily.So far it can handle getting wet in the shower and is keeping accurate time. I'll update if it falls but overall happy with the watch and would buy again.I put a new band on it for personal preference. This watch is amazing! I have been purchasing Timexs for years now due to the reliability and bang for your buck and this watch does not disappoint. The T2N794 is a very clean watch reminiscent of smartwatches which it sometimes gets confused for. It fits very well on my wrist and like many other watches can be adjusted to fit every wrist of any size.

The leather strap is of surprisingly good quality, not cheap at all.

I purchased the Timex compared to much more expensive brands such as Movado because of the price factor. For just over fifty dollars it might be in the upper range for daily driver Timexs. But it is a very classy but casual daily driver, one that can be easily marred if one is not too careful.

I have not yet tried out it's 30 foot water resistance, but I can attest that the watch is very loud. It's ticks can be heard from 20 feet away, at nighttime when one is sleeping the sound can keep one awake. So if you do not like to be disturbed at night and prefer complete silence it's best to keep the watch in a drawer or even in another room.

The Indiglo function is very nice although it's rarely used. The watch emits a slight green blue light in order to illuminate the screen in order for the wearer to see what time it is at night. That can be useful if you cannot or do not want to take your phone out of your pocket at night and want to check the time.

tl;dr: A classy but loud watch that will get you rave reviews

This watch looks great, I get compliments all the time, while it still doesn't attract a large amount of attention like some of the other huge watches that are in style now.

i could use it for any occasion, dressy or casual, and my watch still looks and feels great after much wear over the past few months. I might need to get the band replaced down the line, but I still have a while, and that shouldn't be a problem.

Face is amazingly attractive, not only is it the simple classy design that I'm into, but when it gets hard to read you will often find yourself using the push button indiglo option, that I didn't even know about until a few days after having the watch. It perfectly illuminates the face in a blue color to make the black hands easy to read.

Lastly, this watch is the most comfortable that I've owned. I will forget that it's even on my hand at times. It's not obtrusive, and it is very light weight while still feeling professionally made. I really like how thin it is, but it has a large diameter (42mm)

When I first took this watch out of it's case, I knew I had found a new favorite. I don't even believe the picture does it much justice, but if you believe you like this style, this watch is for you.

This is a very classly-looking watch that actually appears to be much more expensive than it's low price. Think of Molvado and you've got a sense of what this watch looks like. And, to boot, it is very comfortable to wear due to its low weight and rounded corners on the case. It's quite fun to wear, and it easy can be used as a dress watch without any hesitation: people will think you paid a lot more for it than you did. The Indiglo technology is great, but I have one small beef with it that keeps me from giving it five stars. You activate the Indiglo, which looks fantastic, by the way, by depressing the crown. Well enough. But the light stops the instant you release the crown. That means that, if you are in the dark, you have to keep holding the crown down until you get to see the time, something which can be quite awkward. It would have been infinitely better if a depress of the crown would keep the light on for, say, five or six seconds. Indiglo uses so little electricity that this is how they should have designed it. Now, truth in advertising, I did not go through the manual to see if there is a way you can change the display interval: if there is, I'll try to come back and amend this review. But even if there is, a few seconds should be the DEFAULT setting, not just when the crown is depressed. Having said all that, this is a cool watch that looks and feels great, and is more than classy enough for most any setting. Great design using glossy black and a flat, round crystal. Cool!

Overall I'm very happy with this watch. It's the first analog watch I've owned.

Pros:
• Looks very nice, goes well with casual or more professional dress.
• Comfortable and lightweight.
• Good size, I have fairly small wrists, and it looks good.

Cons:
• The leather strap on mine had creases since I opened it, not very noticeable at the moment, hopefully they don't get worse.
• Ticking, others have commented on the volume of the ticking. It is definitely audible if the watch is close to your head, but I don't notice it throughout the day (for reference I have 19 year old ears.)
• Readability, being black on black it can definitely be difficult to read the face in low light. However, the indiglow backlight feature mitigates that.

It's a good watch for the price.

This is a great watch. I have worn it almost everyday since I got it. It is indeed easy to read. It does have a little blue back light if you press in the dial for night time checks. It is a large face which looks very nicely. It is very sharp and stylish. I do warn future buyers it does tick a little bit loudly so if you are in a quiet room you will hear it. That may be irritating to some. Personally I love it, but the person next to you may not but who cares you are wearing a fine stylish watch. Full marks on this one, great buy.
