I have just finished reading this awesome book. It is extremely inspirational and a great reminder that we don't have to "fight" anything to get healthy....just the opposite.....love yourself to health. I am currently experiencing the Covid blahs, and Pranita’s guidance is outstanding. Thank you

Pranita's book comes at a time when it is more needed than ever. Staying healthy and making lifestyle changes that can improve your physical and mental wellbeing have always been key, but in a world where our overall health becomes not just a matter for us, but for the wider community, this book is a must read. Well written, practical and inspirational.
