One of the BEST health trackers out there!
So, my hubbie and I got this on black Friday sale. Super worth it!! I've had it for some days now and so far, it's impressive. The mobile app Health Mate is accurate, informative, beautiful and simple. It also syncs with Google Fit for added information and to help keep your metrics in one place, if you prefer Fit.I knew I wasn't sleeping well, but this tracker really put that into perspective for me 😅. All in all, 10/10!Also, I charged it to a 100 upon unboxing... I started using it Monday and I'm writing this on Wednesday night. I'm still at 100% battery! My husband who uses his a lot more, in terms of workout, alarm and tinkering to find new tricks and features, currently has 92% of battery after his full charge on Monday.BUY IT!******** UPDATE on Jan 3, 2022******We started using these trackers on the 14th of Dec. After 20 days, my battery was at 10% and his was at 4% and we charged them overnight. No issues so far, everything tracks well and its a bit scratch resistant as well. Basically, if you're sleeping and you end up wiping it on the wall, it won't have a mark!

Let me preface this by saying I was a loyal Fitbit fan. But after 6 Fitbits ( I have had the Bit, Charge(2), Charge HR, Alta and AltaHR) within 10 years I am done. The first thing that impressed me with this tracker was that it came partially charged and I still didn't have to charge it for two weeks. I have been using the Pulse for about 6 months and I only charge it about once every 3 weeks. The app that you use with the Pulse (Healthmate) is very easy to connect to. The one thing that kept frustrating me with the last Fitbit is that I constantly had to remove and add the tracker for the Bluetooth feature to work. Once I connected to the Bluetooth with the Pulse I have not had any problems. As soon as I open the app the tracker connects successfully and updates my information. The sleeping tracker seems to work very well and I am actually getting better sleep. I understand my patterns and try to get to bed earlier. When I workout I can generally track it. If it is not one of the pre-programmed options than I can do other and classify it later in the app. The GPS feature that tracks my route is nice. It was nice to see the route reflected and it was accurate. It was also nice to see the level of speed that I achieved during my walk. In my experience the only pedometer that is close to accurate is one that is on your hip, but for a wrist pedometer it's not bad. It seems to take a few steps to get it to start counting. So if you take 5 steps it may not record, but on the same token if you take 25 steps it may record 30 so it kind of balances out. The most important thing to me is reliability. At the 6 month mark 2 of my FitBits bands began to unravel. Just after the 1 year mark 4 of my FitBits started having syncing or charging issues. I know I have only had this tracker for about 6 months but it has been fun to use. The only other problem I have had is the the touch feature is not sensitive enough. I can use the button on the side to get any of the information that I want but if I tap on the watch it doesn't respond. In the full spectrum of things Withings has a convert. If you want a reasonably priced tracker that will track your steps, your sleep, and your workouts than the Pulse is an excellent choice.

Customer Service | Withings

So I go to Amazon and they would either replace or refund the amount minus restocking fee - I chose the later. I have owned WIthings products for over 10 years and their customer service and product quality has been gone for the past 3. Beware if you want to go anywhere near water or expect ANY customer service.

Amazon customer service, on the other hand, excellent!

I bought this because I like the way Withings automatically syncs the devices with apple health kit.

Watch looks really nice, screen is nice. Watch is very simple. I own many Garmin trackers. Garmin has way more features but doesn’t automatically sync. I always forget to sync and lose data. Garmin always has constant heart rate monitoring. Because I only use this watch for the house and to track my sleep, it does what it needs. Battery life Is really good. Sleep tracking took a while to work. My Garmin trackers are on the older side and only allows one alarm, this one allows multiple alarms. I like how he screen isn’t glossy like he fit bit. My girlfriend has a fitbit that is all scratched up. The price is cheaper than the fitbit or Garmin.

Because of the way it looks, i would wear this all the time if I didn’t own Apple or Fenix watches.

Update:

This thing of awesome. Sleep tracker is the mist accurate to date. Even tracks my 2 to 4 hours of Sleep I get every Friday night. Love how it tracks naps but doesn’t include it in sleep. Wish it would count stairs. This even complements the withings scale I bought which is pretty accurate. This thing even syncs to the Garmin app and to my Garmin devices, guessing through apple health kit.

I wear this on one wrist and a real watch on the others I keep the screen turned off, just to do health tracking, and that’s it. In this mode, battery lasts a month! Wowza! If they’d make one without a screen at all I’d pay more for a smaller format. Heck, build one in to a watch band I can still use with a real watch and I’ll buy them dinner!
