Poor instructions, missing parts, and misleading information. The information said to install in 50 minutes. Took an experienced handyman over two hours (at $50/hour) to put this together. Not a good deal at all. And what to do about the missing parts? Poor very poor experience. And to make matters worse, no one would respond with the information about what I need to hook the unit up to the house propane outlet. Turns out, I needed a completely different hose apparatus $100! Could not get any answers from seller. I gave the unit to charity.

Seriously, start out cooking everything on low, I burnt the first 3 meals I cooked and I've barbecued alot. Also, drip pan doesn't come out... very wierd. We lined ours with tin foil for easier removal of build up.
