Just got my Shift Red Drone and it had me at Hello! What I like about most about this drone is that you can control everything with one hand......I'm controlling this drone literally under my thumb. It's a lot more intuitive and easier to maneuver around tight areas and corners. Below are the pros and cons of what I have discovered:
Pros.
1. Connecting the drone with the controller was a breeze
2. Controller is unique. It’s way easier than normal two handed controllers IMO
3. Extremely lightweight. I took it out on my hiking trip and forgot I had it with me
4. 4 adjustable speeds is a plus, especially for beginners
5. Intelligence mode - my friend who recommended this to me said there’s no drone in this segment that has a full-on intelligence function. I tried it in my backyard and it worked pretty well.
Cons.
1. No carrying case. Small enough almost doesn’t need a case but, need one for protection nonetheless. Hope they would come out with one in the future.
2. Too small to see in the distance. Claimed max. distance is about 1000 ft. Couldn’t see the thing once it reached 350 ft.

Budget is not very high but perfectly decent enough ?
This ‘Made in Korea’ drone is the perfect choice for you. Let me tell you the most innovative thing of this drone- it’s controller... Unlike two joystick controller this drone has done amazing work with remote. I personally liked it very much. Yes it’s a bit different than others and yes it will take time to master but when you do (which is gonna be after 5-6 flights) you are Gonna love this 💕... because it’s not as difficult as you thought it was.
The hand grip, the size of the remote it’s all just perfect.
Next about the drone- yes it’s no folding drone but you don’t need to worry about the size because it’s really compact... around the size of your hand. And you can easily carry it anywhere.

The built quality is awesome.... it’s durable. Normal crashes and all it can easily sustain.
But if you need protection- you can easily get guards from Amazon only. I purchased that also because I want my drone to be more super safe.

Battery life- you will easily get around 12-15 mins of battery life from normal flying mode. And yes if you fly at lowest quality you can get up to 17 mins. But for me personal best is around 14-15 mins around. You can easily buy extra 2 set of batteries from Amazon itself and give your self extra battery life.

Talking about most important thing in a drone - ITS CAMERA- this is a 5 MP camera which can record at maximum 1080 P. So let me tell you the normal footage you shoot on a phone is around 1080 p and in case of phone the subject is nearby to the camera. This drone needs to stabilise the footage, capture from greater distance because of which you might complain about the video quality but you have to understand the issue. This quality is perfect for personal use. Like making a footage if you doing something from above.
There are so many modes on the drone which makes it our perfect travel partner (these features are seen in expensive drones which cost you more than 1 lakh rupees in India 🇮🇳)

So overall this drone is awesome for fun, playful, times with innovation for the price of less than 16k INR. You can’t compare this with expensive drones because you obviously have to pay 8-9 times this price.

Reason being:-
1. In this price you only get a highlight pack that doesn't contain extra propellers and propellers guard.
2. Accessories are very costly like extra set of batteries, props, guard. We don't even have a hub available to change multiple batteries at a time
- Flying is little tricky but once learnt it is fun to fly.
- Battery backup is not good not more than 10-12 minutes. (Calculated by stopwatch)
- Video quality is okay however I am not getting audio outof it.
Overall fun to fly, stable, forgeving, app interface is good.
Not suitable for vlogs due to battery backup unless you have pack of batteries.
