First off, this is not my first massage gun. I’ve tried more economical versions made by other companies and to literally no one’s surprise, they pale by comparison- the old adage, “you get what you pay for” definitely rings true in this instance.More important to those considering this device is the relief it provides- I’m an older athlete and with each year passing my body hurts as if that’s its true mission. Shoulders, neck, traps, back, hamstrings etc…. Theragun relief does just that, relieves the pain, loosens sore spots and helps me continue forward.. I would recommend this to anyone who trains or plays a sport requiring mobility-

I can’t tell you how happy I am that I finally ordered this. The machine is well-made, and does an incredible job of pain relief.
Just a note, you change the massage heads by pulling them off. I’m not used to forcing things. You pull them, they pop off.
To replace with a different head, line up the grooves and push.

I have been using a different theragun model that's double the price and purchased this one as a gift for older relatives. In comparison, this model is less powerful, but still good enough to provide relief. IMO, people who don't do intense strength training don't need a massage gun strong enough to beat muscles like a cutlet.
The gift was a great hit and now I have to buy another one of these massage guns for more relatives.

Powerful, reasonably quiet, and compact. Unfortunately, it's compact enough that getting to places along the spine can be challenging if your range of motion is at all restricted...and if you're using a product like this in that area, that's probably an issue for you.
