    I got this as a gift for my husband. He said he wanted a smart watch but I didn't think he would really be that interested in it.. he actually really enjoys it. He likes checking his steps for the day and his sleep tracking. I thought it might be great for GPS when riding his motorcycle so he didn't have to look at his phone but he hasn't really tried that feature yet. I'm not sure how well that would work on a small screen. It's not perfect but pretty cool and he loves that it has the analog hands and looks like a regular watch. He is really hard on things and has a physical job and s always doing mechanic work and getting dirty and it has help up great for 2 months. Battery lasts for several days!

    I have thoroughly enjoyed this watch so far. However, I must say if you are looking for something much similar to a smartwatch but still a hybrid, then I'd recommend the fossil hr collider. I'd recommend this more for simple notification glances, maybe a weather glance, but that's about it. The display is small, but definitely bright enough. The touch screen isn't amazing, but that's partially due to how small the display is, there's not much screen to actually touch. That's why getting to different options can be a pain as it's all swipes. I use the two widgets that are one swipe away from the home screen, but beyond that I find it's too much

    I love the look of this watch. I can't wear proper smartwatches at work (safety-related), but this hybrid looks and works the part. I love the health tracking features. The only downside is that it is sometimes hard to activate the light-up time and I spend most of my shifts working outside at nighttime. But even still, it's great.

    For the first twenty months this watch was superb. It collects a ton of data which I find valuable. But the LED screen is failing over the last two weeks. It is now nearly unreadable. Without the display it is impossible to navigate the menu. The watch is now worthless. Twenty months is an unacceptable life span for a device this expensive.

    Nachdem man von der Vivomove 3 kaum etwas zu lesen bekommt, hier ein kurzer Review zur Orientierung (2 Tage Nutzung):

    + minimalistisches Design, meiner subjektiven Meinung nach sehr attraktiv
    + Uhrband dicker als bei einer Vivoactive 3 oder Forerunner, aber angenehm zu tragen
    + 20mm Standarduhrband - für Wechselfreudige
    + volles Sensorprogramm (inkl. bar. Höhenmesser -> Stockwerke) und Vitalmetriken (PulsOx, BodyBattery, Stresslevel, Atmungsfrequenz)
    + erstaunlich nützliche Sportprogramme, Nutzung via dem kleinen OLED - Display gut umgesetzt
    + Connected GPS
    + die Laufzeit scheint die versprochenen 5 Tage durchaus zu erreichen

    o ob die Watch im Uhr-Modus (low battery) weiterhin Vitalwerte erfasst, kann ich noch nicht sagen - lt. Manual deaktiviert sich nur das Display.
    o Einrichtung generell OK, einige Lags des Devices während des Prozesses dürfen einen nicht aus der Ruhe bringen
    o zweifaches Tippen zur Aktivierung des OLED - Screens funktioniert nicht immer (meine Schätzung 8/10)
    o Die Lesbarkeit des OLED - Display ist generell in Ordnung, bei hellem Tageslicht allerdings grenzwertig

    - sehr schwache Vibration (auch auf der maximalen Stufe), die Weckerfunktion muss daher mit einem Fragezeichen gesehen werden
    - der "Homescreen" hat sehr eingeschränkte Darstellungsmöglichkeiten (z.B. keine Akkuanzeige, Anzahl Benachrichtigungen - ist alles nur über Widgets zu erreichen)
    - die Uhr kann nicht abgeschaltet werden (strange, but true)
    - kein physio true up, aber Vo2Max (was bei Nutzung mit anderen Garmin Devices durchaus unerwünschte Effekte haben kann)
    - das Device muss als primäres Device eingerichtet werden, wenn man die O2 - Messung während des Schlafes nutzen möchte

    Fazit: wer eine schlichte, schicke Uhr möchte, das aktuelle Maximum an Garmins Vitalwerten (nicht zu Verwechseln mit Trainingsmetriken!!) und gelegentlich auch trainiert, ist hier gut bedient. Die Smart - Functions sind durch den kleinen Screen natürlich weniger komfortabel als auf einer reinrassigen Smartwatch, aber brauchbar. Auch eine Nutzung mit anderen Garmin Devices in Kombination klappt reibungslos (abgesehen vom Vo2Max - Thema).

    Noch ein Hinweis: jene Modelle, die ein AMOLED - Display ihr eigen nennen haben ein deutlich größeres Display zu bieten (und dieses auch farbig). Ob das nun 50 - 100,- Aufpreis rechtfertigen, hängt von der Nutzung und der Erwartungshaltung ab.

    Update nach ein paar Wochen Nutzung:

    - der Watchmodus ist tatsächlich nur ein Watchmodus - keine Vitaldaten, kein Wecker (Wecker wäre fein gewesen, allerdings müsste dazu auch das Display aktiviert werden).
    o das letzte Firmware - Update hat die double-tap Funktion verbessert. Noch immer nicht optimal, aber die Richtung stimmt.

    J'ai acheté cette montre en août 2023.
    Au début, elle devait être rechargée tous les 2 jours, au lieu des 5 annoncés.
    Après quelques mois, il fallait la recharger tous les jours et maintenant elle ne tient plus du tout la charge, même en utilisation montre simple.
    J'ai contacté le support Garmin pour un retour sous garantie, aucune solution ne m'est apportée, bien que j'aie fourni la facture et le niméro de série.
    L'échange d'emails depuis plus de 2 semaines avec eux est un dialogue de sourds, comme si c'était un robot qui répondait...
    Je déconseille cette marque, pourtant très
    connue, qui vend des produits chers sans aucun service après vente.

    I bought this watch after watching a video and reading its key features off the Garmin website. (I have the screen recording from Garmin website to prove it). It stated that the watch has an 'assistance' feature that can use phone GPS to let a contact know you are in trouble. Anyways Garmin product support confirmed that it does not have this feature. I am upset with this as it was a main reason for my purchase. I needed for my son who is special needs.
    Pro's: nice looking watch. Thats it.
    Cons:
    -battery life is nothing special 2.5 days.
    -interface is old, not user friendly and limited in functionality (compared to new products out there)
    - screen is small
    - hands need to be readjusted all the time. As the time gets out of sync ever few days.
    - alarm function at highest vibration setting is barely noticeable. So if you buy it for an alarm then good luck having it wake you.
    - no customer service. Go ahead and try to contact this group. The only option available is product support. (By the way they are good but can only offer support. If you have an issue like inaccurate website info then good luck.
    I was hoping that maybe the new version of this watch which arrives in Canada at the end of the month would be more appealing to me but after the lack of customer service I don't think I will pay another $200+ dollars. The vivomove sport watch is just not worth taking the chance that all the things I need will be there on the new one. If they are not then good luck trying to talk to someone about it. If you do your research, since the watch is out in other areas of the world you will find similar complaints. Garmin has some really nice products but this watch does not compare to those.

    Tiene un diseño bonito, con apariencia de reloj tradicional. Fácil de usar. Se puede hacer el seguimiento de pasos, pulsaciones, horas de sueño, aviso de pausas. Con estos marcadores, la batería dura en torno a tres días.
    Las actividades se pueden ver con facilidad en app para teléfono móvil o tablet. Para ordenador, el sistema windows 10 no admite la aplicación.
    Espero que este reloj dure más que el vivomove HR Sport, que después de 3 años se apagó la pantalla.

    Die Uhr tut im Zusammenspiel mit der App im wesentlichen was sie soll.
    Mein Problem:
    Die mechanischen Zeiger zeigen oft nicht die richtige Zeit an. Das passiert auch in Ruhe, also z.B. nicht beim Laufen sondern abends beim Fernsehen und das durchaus mehrmals in diesem Zeitraum.
    Mit der App lassen sich die Zeiger problemlos auf 12:00 Uhr justieren. Dann stimmt die Zeit erstmal wieder.
    Trotzdem finde ich das nervig, zumal die Uhr ja die richtige Uhrzeit kennt. Also soll sie das gefälligst auch anzeigen.
    Das erste Mal habe ich die Uhr über Amazon ausgetauscht bekommen.
    Nun habe ich schon die dritte Uhr. Die wurde direkt von Garmin ausgetauscht. Nach einiger Zeit haben die falschen Anzeigen wieder zugenommen.
    Garmin würde mir die Uhr auch noch einmal austauschen.
    Ich werde aber lieber versuchen, den Kauf über Amazon zurück abzuwickeln.
