This scooter has been a big hit in our family. It's been getting a lot of use for just cruising for fun and to get to destinations in and around the neighborhood. Overall I'd recommend this as a great all-around mix of ease of use, performance, and price.
Some things we enjoy most about it:
1. Easy assembly and learning curve for using it
2. Light enough to carry and pretty simple to fold
3. Speed and battery life seem about as-advertised. It definitely feels more zippy than I thought it would be!
4. Feels solid and sturdy
5. Smooth, comfortable ride
6. The headlight is a nice touch and comes in handy
The only downsides I can think of:
1. It's not waterproof, so you can't take it out when it's raining or wet out (or there's the possibility of rain)
2. There's no lock built in, so you'll need to bring a bike lock with you
3. The manual is a little lacking in detail and incorrect in some places
