    These are great earbuds and I've own a part of them for the past year and a half but recently I needed to replace them after my previous set where unfortunately damaged. But after receiving these yesterday i noticed when i was changing the size of earbud the inside screen on the right earbud was broken off and i'm disappointed and will have to to return them.

    I have owned every model of Bose earbuds,(except noise cancelling) more than a dozen pairs over the past 7-8 years. I was happy with the basic model (I listen to audio books and music) more than 8 hours per day, 7 days a week. I purchased sound true ultras when I came time to replace worn out set. Sound quality, crazy good. Loved them. Went to replace as the cord split at base. Snafu, picked up the sound sport by accident. Terrible. Sound nothing close to ultra. Tinkered with eq to improve sound. Nope. Bought ultras again. Fabulous. One flaw. My hypothesis is the inner cables are wrapped with too much twist tension, causing the cable to twist over time and use until it becomes annoying. Small gripe. And I have to use a lightning to 3.5mm dongle instead of just plugging into phone. I have done a fair amount of research on earbuds, these are in my opinion the very best. In sound quality. One last note: the silicone earpiece fits into the ear canal, eliminating a good deal of ambient environmental noise. Although not noise cancelling, I would not recommend using when riding bikes or jogging outside where hearing surrounding noise is required for safety reasons. The sound sport allows virtually unobstructed clarity of surrounding sounds. You will love them! There might be a bettter sounding unit, but not for 129.

    These headphones are awesome. They earpieces that come standard on it fit my ears perfectly, but it comes with multiple types of earpieces and sizes.

    These are great noise-isolating headphones. They do not actively cancel sound, but if you find an earpiece that fits your ear well, these headphones create a great seal to block out external noise. The noise-isolation helps me stay focused at work or relaxed on a plane.

    These headphones are a bit quieter than I initially liked, but I found that with the noise-isolation, the sound levels are more than needed.

    The remote works well with my iPhone and the mic is reportedly clear. They have a great, subdued design--nothing flashy--and a great build quality.

    The EQ on these headphones is pretty neutral, in my opinion. The bass is not booming.

    They are more than I've ever spent on headphones, but well worth the price. If you learn how to wrap cords properly, you can keep these headphones for a long time.

    Shameful. I’ve had a few different models of Bose in-ear and around ear products over the years, all of which were outstanding. Currently still using my AE2’s, but wanted an in-ear model for working out, hiking, etc. I received these and was completely mystified. No bass at all, only mid and high range, literally ZERO bass. When received, the product was still factory sealed and undamaged as far as I could tell. I unplugged these and connected a set of iPhone earbuds that I received with my iPhone, yep, there was bass with those. Not so with these. How in the world did this pass quality control?

    Returned these to Amazon and purchased same product from Best Buy. Turns out, Amazon shipped me what appears to be a returned or used item. On comparison to the Best Buy purchase, the item Amazon sent me was missing some items from the box. The product from Best Buy was very good, typical of Bose quality. I can only rate sound quality, not durability, since I’ve just purchased the item. Good bass, not punchy, but very present. Warm and rich mid range with crisp high’s. Very good product. Shame on you Amazon for trying to pass this item off as new...

    Sound quality, what can I say! Having been a Bose speaker owner since the eighties I should have never second guessed the quality that you would expect from Bose. No distortion, clear, highs and mid range with impeccable bass! I'm totally hooked on these earbuds and I'm already thinking of purchasing the noise cancelling earbuds. Just to see if there's any difference! The one suggestion I have is to try all the ear cup sizes out, they come with the medium cups pre installed, I took these off as a suggestion from a friend and put the larger era cups on, now they sound like notice cancelling ears buds, I hear no sound or distortions from out side, you won't be disappointed!

    Auricolari a dir poco fantastico, ho avuto la fortuna di prenderli in un momento in cui erano scontati e pagarli €59.90 ma anche per il prezzo originale ne vale assolutamente la pena, molto comodi grazie alle alette che vanno a incastrarsi nell’orecchia rendendo praticamente impossibile che si tolgano accidentalmente, una volta messi creano anche una buona insonorizzazione per essere degli auricolari, in quanto al suono niente da dire...pulitissimo sia a gli alti che ai bassi (i bassi si fanno sentire parecchio considerando che sono degli auricolari). Ovviamente è presente il microfono e i tasti per alzare, abbassare il volume e stoppare la musica, usando iPhone è possibile tenere premuto il pulsante centrale per richiamare Siri. Detto questo io le ho da quasi un’anno e non hanno mai avuto nemmeno un problema, si possono anche trattare male dato che sono molto resistenti.

    I hope this review is helpful to you. If you have trawled through the reviews here on amazon for this product then I think you may be hesitant.

    Firstly , I noted all the reviewers complaining about the noise transmitted from the cable. Absolutely not a problem with mine , I guess make sure you are buying from a trusted seller and getting 100% genuine Bose product maybe the most obvious thing to point out. I’d imagine there are some third party fakes in existence.

    I’ve had so many pairs over the ears and years and never before enjoyed such light and comfortable phones, they sound smooth , detailed , balanced. Straight away I was into a long audition and they just get better and better.

    The volume gadget / in line remote is in just the right place , no tangles on the cable and nothing unusual regarding cable noise picked up from clothes movements , walking / running / cycling etc.

    Most importantly they stay in my rather big ears , which in my defence are not disproportionately sized to my being.

    Apple buds are forever sliding out of my ears and sound awful to boot, I never bother with them and if you are looking to enjoy your iPhone music so much more then don’t hesitate , buy now. I bought them on Black Friday price and worth every penny. I can’t speak for their durability at this point but I don’t anticipate any problem with normal careful use. But frankly if they lasted 6 months to a year only , I’d just buy another set as I really think they are that good and will get used a lot.

    I enjoy dance music , electronica , pop , jazz , classical , rock , indie and all types of music and find the Bose SoundTrue ultra to indeed be very true with all types of music. No lack of kick but definitely not bass enhanced like some other products. In fact listening to some anjunadeep house at this moment and the bass is very defined and certainly not lacking , it’s exactly in line with the other frequencies and not overblown but very much there for sure. Absolutely loving these things , so glad I bought them.

    Really can’t understand the poor reviews , they are so comfortable and light , you forget they are on. They do not pressure anywhere , light as a feather and i haven’t experimented with the different size buds but for me they worked straight out of the box. No messing about pushing them in , out , shake it all about etc. Only to find the damn left side has dropped out of your lug hole once again , these just sit there perfectly in place regardless what I’m doing active or not. Then , coupled with the sound quality , these are a wonderful purchase.

    5 stars without question , great product. This is a genuine review and to balance I had some Bose on ear once that were pretty disappointing. The Bose SoundTrue ultra for me are a total revelation and I thoroughly recommend for active listening on the move , commuting , whilst working or just quiet listening at home. I was ready to return them if they were lacking but I really like them , keeper!

    The Bose SoundTrue Ultra In-Ear Headphones are comfortable and provide outstanding sound quality (for earbuds). For several months, I have used these multiple times per week when running and working out. I have sweated on them and gotten them soaked in the rain, and I even put them through the wash by accident one time. Each time, after drying out, they continue to function perfectly. When they get wet the buttons of the on-wire remote sometimes stop working, but this has never been a big inconvenience and they work again when the headphones are dry. I also occasionally use these as a hands-free for talking on the phone or FaceTime and the people I speak with have said that the microphone sound quality is great. Their sound-isolating ability is super, and I use them on airplanes to listen to music or watch movies. Compared to four other types of earbuds in the same price range that I have used in the past few years, these have been the most comfortable, durable, and reliable. Finally, several years ago I had an early version of the Bose earbuds with the removable/changeable tips and the tips were constantly coming off and getting lost. With these SoundTrue Ultra headphones, I have not lost the tips yet (fingers crossed) even when pulling them out of my jeans pocket, so Bose has certainly improved this aspect of their design. Highly recommended.

    Hace menos de un año compre unos auriculaes Beats Tour para iphone. Debido a un defecto del producto los devolvi y amazon me reembolso el precio satisfecho (impresionante el servio de atenció al cliente, un 10 para amazon). Estuve buscando unos auriculares in ear que tuvieran buen sonido y me decante por los bose soundtrue ultra.

    Se adaptan perfectamente a la oreja, vienen con unos almohadillas de plastico con diversas medidas, junto con un estuche para guardarlos. El sonido es genial, se escuchan perfectamente, se nota el plus de calidad que da BOSE, aunque claro eso se paga. Por poner un pero el cable quizás sea demasiado fino y eso no sé si a la larga puede dar problemas de duración del producto, aunque es cierto que no se enrolla como otros modelos auriculares.

    Entre estos y los Beats Tour me quedo con los Bose. Los beats son mas bonitos de diseño pero el sonido es mucho mejor en los bose. En definitiva muy contento con el producto, aunque es cierto que el precio es algo elevado

    bose è sinonimo di alta qualità, sempre. queste cuffie in ear sono davvero eccezionali nella qualità del suono, nel design molto compatto grazie anche all'astuccio per il trasporto, la riduzione del suono è evidente, i rumori esterni vengono pressochè azzerati, in treno/aereo danno il meglio di loro garantendo un isolamento acustico piacevole grazie poi ai bassi avvolgenti, consigliatissime
