My daughter only wore these in her basketball shoes for three weeks. They fell apart and caused huge blisters. We had another pair of super feet just like these that lasted two years. I can’t even return them now because we are two days past the window to return.

I never gave much thought to the fit of the women's heel shape but it really makes a difference compared to unisex insoles. I have plantar fasciitis and got these to put in Brooks addiction running shoes. They fit good in those shoes and are very supportive. They need to be in tight fitting shoes to be comfy because if they move at all it jabs my heel and hurts. Because they're for arch support they are a bit stiff and not as comfortable as cushion insoles like I've been using but I need the support more than the cushion. I'm still running so they are working.
