I bought these a while ago but did not use them. I started using them about 12 weeks ago for an IT Band issue and this band tore and later broke in the next 2-3 days. So about 12 weeks of daily use and they fall apart.

This is the second set I have purchased. My first set is still holding up and in great shape even tho they get used almost every day. I bought my second set for travel. They work great and are small and light enough to carry around. The bag that it comes with isn't the greatest, but I'm not buying them for the bag. I would recommend these to anyone looking for good resistance bands that don't start at 5lbs (the lightest starts at 20lbs). I would buy these again and again and suggest you to try them.
