I purchased this backpack mainly for work. The compartment inside and outside was the perfect amount I needed so it’s not too bulky and not too heavy even when empty. I like how the strap is soft too so it doesn’t hurt my shoulders. Good but if you’re looking for a work backpack or for school that has decent cushion and enough compartments.
