LOVE this supplement. I use it to mainly help my skin and hair, as i find it promotes healthy blood circulation. i always get a rosy glow after i take it. I would not suggest taking this on an empty stomach, it is very potent and when i did take one capsule on an empty stomach, it felt uncomfortable. but since then i always eat before i take it and it is wonderful. i also use rosemary oil mixed with conditioner as a hair mask, rub it on my scalp, and let it sit for a couple hours under a shower cap. rosemary has helped new hair sprout around my thinning hairline! it is amazing but remember it is strong! This is one of my faves and im so glad i did my research and purchased! definitely a repeat purchase for the rest of my life.

I take this first thing in the morning and it does an amazing job of calming or quieting my asthma symptoms, and the fragrance is wonderful if you use the essential oil in any way. Another amazing product from Nature's Way -- I use so many of theirs, I should own the company by now! Just be aware that it may increase your blood pressure a bit especially if you are sensitive to that. Also thanks to Tony Pantalleresco (The Remedy on The Micro Effect, Saturdays from 7 to 9 PM) for recommending the rosemary. It's one of those wonderful Mediterranean herbs, but a bit hard to grow. So give it a try and then start adding it to your food as well. You'll wonder how you ever got along without it!!

I didn’t pay attention that it has an ingredient similar to Aspirin. I can’t have Aspirin, do to Diabetes and protein in my urine. However, this wasn’t a waste of money, lol.
