My experience and objectiveReview written on the Third Day of consumption:Third protein i've tasted, did it with the chocolate fudge, and it smells like a drop of water were on an oreo. It does taste great. I think 8 ounces is a bit too much, since i enjoy it with more chocolate texture than watery.Thorough Description of texture:This protein is great for a lactose intolerant person like me, i haven't drank any milk for 20 years, it just smells horrible and makes me wanna puke. This protein has a faint smell of lactose, but just take one sip and you'll think of chocolate, it's like, if you've blend a brownie and made it drinkable as a non viscous liquid somehow, this is what it would taste like.RECIPEI use one scoop per shake, i can't give it a five since it's my first shake, i've also been recommended an specifically non lactose intolerant shake.It can completely replace flour, consistent and extremely fine powder.This is a preworkout, not post workout. Drink or eat in recipe the scoop, before workout, not afterwards.HEALTHAbout results. I chose this one since it has ZERO creatine, people love to talk about creatine without having any idea of how extremely harsh it acts on your kidneys. Trust me , i've had rabdomyolisis, and if there's two people who can talk about kidneys are nefrologists and me. Sure, to bend that off you just have to drink tons of water (but if you're like me and hate water) creatine is suicide on recommended dosage.This has none of those health issues concerning creatine, maybe it has a bit more of energizers than i need, but the pro's outweight the cons when it comes to that, it's just a perfect balance in recovery, protein intake for someone like me who excersises for intense workouts (45 minute long) on daily basis with one to two days of rest per week.My sleep hasn't been interrupted as i trusted one of the reviewers here whose name i forgot, who recommended to take the protein before one of the larger meals in the day and before excersise.

Also has a sticker on the top w/ a code you can verify against the MuscleTech verification app (there are two apps available on the App Store, for two different types of stickers and codes MT dispatches their products with, and the jar I received scanned positive against both, so it appears to be a genuine product, which is a relief).
The powder itself mixes well with my milk (I use Akshayakalpa A2 Slim Organic milk, and doesn’t really leave clumps behind, and the taste, while not as good as some I’ve tried, is still palatable, and you get used to it after a while.
Lastly, I have yet to see the full impact of the weight loss function of the powder, as I’m told by other gym bros who’ve taken it that it takes about two months to show effect, but I’ve been hastening my weight loss for the past few months w/ intermittent fasting and cutting out simple carbs from my diet entirely, and I’ve noticed a bit of an increase in the speed of things since my purchase (though it’s still too early to say conclusively right now).
Still, I have faith in this product at the moment. It seems to be performing quite well for me.
