These AirPod Skins were easy to apply to my headphones. The instructions were clear, and the products felt high quality. The adhesive on this product felt strong and doesn't feel like it will peel off easily. Application was easy, and required no tools. I was able to apply skins to both earbuds straight and without wrinkles on the first time because of the high quality construction.
I didn't like the look of the normal AirPods from the manufacture, and I am really glad that these skins help make them look different. I don't feel that white is a color that suits me so these are also perfect for anybody who either wants to stand out or find have something that is better suited for them

Sleek Look
I didn't like the white color of the AirPods which made them stand out alot. These matte black skins fit the bill to make them more subtle. Install was pretty easy, just take your time and follow the link on the package for instructions. I used the back of my fingernail to push down on all the outer edges to make sure skins were well adhered. Lifting edges are what will cause these to not last long. I only had one air bubble on the second pod I did but it was my fault for going faster on it, take your time and reposition if needed. One TIP on the stalk part of the install is to flip the pod around to see the adhesive side of the skin and eyeball it to be even amounts of skin on either side then press into place. I also used a sim card tool to push down on some harder to reach edges. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and time will tell if the overall quality.

Absolutely maddening, nearly impossible to make them look good

Man, I really wanted to like these things and I rarely ever write reviews. If you like applying screen protectors but don't find them challenging enough, give these a whirl. It's pretty funny that they give you two sets, and it becomes apparent fairly quickly as you'll likely ruin 3 of them just trying to get your first AirPod covered. Even when they are completely on, I found it impossible to apply them without any wrinkles or bubbles. Closeup, it just looks like I got bored and decided to cover may AirPods with electrical tape. I guess they offer a degree of protection; previously I'd put some nicks in the headphones dropping them. It's just not worth the frustration and lack of aesthetic appeal.
