It’s actually amazing!
At first I’d thought it be a scam through the reviews so I got scared.. but when I revived my package it came with a bunch of wrapping to make sure it’s safe and doesn’t crack. Also, it came with a charger it doesn’t say it comes with one so I already bought one. No cracks no issues. The stickers on the back are a bit hard to take off so Id prefer them to not add one. iPad Air 2 is a great 1st iPad though even though it’s not supported by Apple anymore it runs great! Better than I thought. It doesn’t update past 15.71 but of course I already knew that I did my research before getting it. I got the “amazing” refurbished one. I’m not sure how the “Good” one is but they really stood by their words when they said Amazing!! I really think you should get one if this is your first iPad! 👌👌 Only issue is that it charges slow but I’m sure it’s because I’m on it a lot and the modem I have. Other than that though it’s amazing line they said!
