I like the elasticity of the band. It feels securely without being too tight.However the brand label is too thick to easily fit through the buckle latch. I need a pair of fishnose pliers to pull it through once I had a corner of the strap pushed through. Not that it's a big deal, but in the image you can see the mark left in the rubber from the pliers.

I lost my set of BFRBs so was sick about having to buy another set so soon.

On first use, user must have sufficient muscularity to manipulate the bands through the buckles.
