Useless machine
Absolutely do not like this product! Look at the rug in this post, my Dyson clogged twice (again) while attempting to vacuum it. We do have short haired pets that do not shed. We have completely cleaned the machine and it’s filters and replaced them but to no avail. I can’t say a nice thing about it and forget reaching out to Dyson, you have a better chance of winning the lottery.

Portability is chief feature for cleaning cars, corners, attics, or anywhere where a full upright vacuum would struggle to fit. Get this if you clean one room at a time and may not have to clean in cramped areas. Get an upright if you have a mansion/palace/plaza/compound to clean. The drop empty feature is nice to remove costs on bags. May need a quick wipe with a paper towel to clear any snagged or caught hair clumps from the can.

I was SO excited to try this and I was not dissapointed. The suction is so powerful and its so lightweight and not too loud. But for some reason the handle of my vacuum shocks me on the palm every once in a while. I have to hold it a certain way so my palm doesn't touch it completely. It kinda hurts especially when its over and over again in the same spot.

Seriously though, don't overlook a refurbished or renewed item. Often times they'll outlast your expectations. Performs to a T on my hardwood and carpeted floors in my 5 rooms for three days before needing a charge.

I got this for my dog. She has bad allergies and dust ruins her. After reading reviews on Amazon for 4 hours, I felt that this was the ideal product. It waz delivered on time, great packaging from the seller, and overall fantastic for a refurbished vacuum. I haven’t stopped talking about this vacuum to my friends 😅

It doesn’t have a long run time. However, we have area rugs, and hardwood floors. It has great suction so it’s not a huge deal to me. It’s something to call out for anyone who vacuums for more than 20 minutes.

This unit arrived defective. As soon as I attach the head, it doesn't work. He's made it next to impossible to return this without weird conditions and stipulations. Do not buy from this person, just get the new version which you would end up buying anyway. I've now got two vacuum cleaners, and one is useless.
