This is simply a torture device for your biceps and I meant it as a compliment :) Although not comfortable to wear (maybe it's intentionally designed that way to not go easy on yourself) it is extremely effective and your biceps will be sore the next day. At the end of the day, if there's no pain, there's no gain and this arm blaster makes sure you're getting gainzzz.

There’s nothing unique about this arm blaster, it does the job fine and seems reasonably sturdy. The only complaint I have is the lack of padding behind your arms. This has a very very thin piece of adhesive foam which doesn’t even roll over the edge of the plate. As a result you have the sharp edge digging into the back of your arms while you work out. Strategically placing towels will help, but frankly I shouldn’t have to.

Going back and forth between a couple arm blasters and settled on this one (got a little worried because of some one star reviews) I’m not having any issues at all that I saw there. If you keep your abs tight through the curl (like you should for every exercise) you won’t have any back strain. Take your time to adjust for your hight and give it a go. Just a heads up, it will push into your lower chest which will not allow you to inhale at 100%. But that’s an arm blaster thing, not unique to this one.
