    UPDATE: I Called their customer service line at 9pm at night . They answered and tried troubled shot my device.. realized it was truly broke and replaced it FOR FREE bc I was still in warentee 🥳🥳🥳🥳ayee!! I'm happy I didn't want to pay for another one bc I would have chose a different company but their customer service is excellent and my CS REP. sounded so fine omg..ps call me 😅😩🤣😅I bought this back in April 2020.I loved it at first but then I realized:According to my fitbit I should be dead... Or having a heart attack ...1) the heart rate is way off . My pulse is aroun 80bpm and it will reads it as 180pm when I'm sitting down . When ever I'm working out intensively it will read 120-140 when I know I'm around 172-180 . THIS IS DANGEROUS BC I RELY RELIGIOUSLY on my heart rate to know when to slow down during workouts as my heart beats too fast.: It has connection problems. I find my self resynchronize my watch with the app a few times a day.GPS only works when u have the app open. So if u use STRAVA OR WAHOO apps during cycling, fitbit will not track your location or distance at all. I rode around 30 miles and it said I only took 10 steps 🙄.DOES NOT tell you how many floors you claimed.... I climbed over 200 flights of stairs and it didn't read any of it or even recorded the steps.I loved this device at first.. but I am looking for something better now. This has become a disappointment

    This is actually a replacement for a previous Versa Lite which gave up after a fairly long life. I get compliments for the color which is always nice. The one critical feature for me is that while your asleep it monitors your heart and you can request that it provides notification of irregular rhythm. For me that one feature is worth every penny. I tried a newer Fitbit but it only provided that check manually instead of automatically- which made it worthless to me.
    I was diagnosed recently with sleep apnea and this watch is invaluable to me since it gives me a pretty accurate summary each morning and the app rates my sleep quality and provides data for the amount of REM sleep that I got the previous night.
    When you set up the app you can designate whether the watch is on your dominant wrist and you can also change the sensitivity of the sleep program.
    On a different note- the first watch that was shipped wouldn't charge on my computer, they immediately shipped its replacement and it worked perfectly.
    The only trick was that I had to uninstall my previous watch from my phone app and then it detected my new watch and I was able to proceed with the installation.

    Initially, I loved this watch. I was given a Versa watch before this, but it fell apart; literally it came apart after a year and I'm not rough with watches at all. But, I really enjoyed it so I bought this one (Versa Lite) in August 2020. Sigh. It worked great. It was really doing a good job motivating me with my steps and fitness. Then a week ago, I made the fatal mistake of updating to the constantly suggested firmware. Before the update, my watch stayed charged at least 4 days, after the update it would need recharging every 12 hours. Then just a day ago it started only holding a charge for 2 hours or so. And now, today, my Fitbit just completely died. I'm really disappointed that after 5 months and $110, my Fitbit died. I can't bring myself to purchase another one even though I really love it because after a quick Google search, the reduced battery charge after completing firmware updates seems to have been an ongoing issue since at least 2016. But in my case, all they did was convince a guaranteed lifetime customer to seek a different product, which is very disheartening considering how much I really loved their Versa brand.

    UPDATE: I called Fitbit, they troubleshot my watch, confirmed I was still under warranty and gave me a choice of 50% off an upgraded watch or send another replacement of my current watch for free. I like my current watch, so I opted for that. If your watch is giving you problems or dies and it's been less than a year since you purchased it, call them and they will help you find the best solution. All of their watches in the U.S. have a one year warranty that they honor. Thank you Fitbit!

    The screen is now AMOLED, yielding brighter colors and deeper blacks.
    The glass cover no longer has a bezel, giving it a smooth, low profile and premium look.
    The optical sensor on the bottom is bigger and doesn't protrude from the case, making it more comfortable on the wrist.
    The music and exercise buttons are gone. A mic to command Amazon Alexa is in their place. She can do things like set timers, alarms, reply to texts, give you the weather forecast as well as a FEW other useful things.
    The processor is faster. Apps load faster and the touch screen is more responsive.
    Always on display is now supported.
    Screen brightness is now always adaptive, though you can preset the base brightness.
    There is a new sleep mode which turns off autowake and notifications during during selected times so your watch doesn't bother you while you sleep. Do not disturb mode will silence calls and notifications during exercise as well.
    You can control the Spotify app on your phone from your watch.
    Fitbit pay is now standard on all Versa 2 editions.
    *The battery is rated for 5+ days. I've been getting a solid 6.5 with always connected, all day sync, 24 hour HR, and at least 3 hours of running.

    That being said, the Versa 2 isn't perfect. Fitbit OS is still feature lite, the app store is still rather small and there is still a dearth of useful clock faces. I'd still like to see a screen lock feature, a stride per minute counter and music controls in the exercise app, and a bunch of small. QoL improvements.

    If you're like me and mostly want an excellent fitness tracker with a handful of productivity features sprinkled on top, then the Versa 2 is for you, especially if you want a battery life long enough to make use of any of those things. If you care less about fitness and more about controlling your phone from your wrist, then you might want to look at a Galaxy Watch or a Fossil Gen 5, especially if you don't plan on tracking sleep, as you'll need to recharge both at the end of the day. If you have an iPhone I don't know why you're reading this.

    Ho deciso di acquistare questo tracker dopo aver letto varie recensioni. Cercavo qualcosa con un bel quadrante (prima usavo un garmin Vivo HR) ma non troppo costoso e il Versa Lite mi è sembrato un buon compromesso. E' un buon tracker per monitorare i passi, la FC, l'attività quotidiana e lo sport ma è anche un bel orologio che si può indossare sempre, e con i numerosi cinturini disponibili si adatta ad ogni occasione e abbigliamento.
    L'app FitBit è abbastanza intuitiva, con molte funzioni e tanti valori da personalizzare.
    Dopo un paio di giorni dall'app è arrivato un aggiornamento (07/2020) che ha ampliato le funzioni e le impostazioni disponibili per il Versa Lite.
    Si possono registrare molti più tipi di allenamento, si può scegliere il quadrante dall'orologio, hanno aggiunto l'agenda (che si sincronizza con quella del cellulare) e la "modalità notte" (il quadrante non si accende nell'orario che si sceglie per non disturbare il sonno), e dalle impostazioni rapide si può scegliere come far attivare il quadrante e il grado di luminosità (prima bisognava accedere all'app per impostare queste cose).
    Con questo ultimo aggiornamento è molto più completo e di veloce utilizzo (non serve più accedere all'app per impostare ogni cosa).
    Da quando l'ho associato al cellulare non ha mai perso una notifica (SMS, whatsapp, mail, facebook... si può scegliere quali notifiche ricevere) e ha registrato tutto correttamente.
    Nelle recensioni ho letto molti lamentarsi per la registrazione di passi non fatti, di spostamenti in macchina salvati come attività.. per adesso non mi è successo, il numero dei passi forse non è fedelissimo, ma su una media di 9.000 passi al giorno uno scarto di 50 - 100 passi per me non è rilevante.
    Sono soddisfatta dell'acquisto e lo consiglio.
