I’ve bought this item for my father-in-law. I think it was 3 pairs, he loves them. But unfortunately on of the pairs came damaged! What can we do?

I've been having serious issues with my left foot in particular (but both feet) for quite some time and these socks have so far proven themselves to be very durable and eventually un-noticeable.
With the full length socks an issue I have had is I have fairly large calves for them. As such, they are too tight to go up a full length up and have to be folded down. Over time I forget they're on, though.
As they are tight it takes some time to put them on correctly. They do have on the front of the sock which one is for Left and Right (thanks!).
I have had some success with a less expensive device (which covers my problem areas) I place over the sock and often wear only on my left foot. As a price point compared to this, I would favor the additional add on as it works as well and takes far less time to put on and take off.
Four stars instead of Five Stars due to pricing.
