Product Description

Synergee barbells are made with world renowned steel! These barbells are made with a high tensile strength of 190,000 PSI. Made with the perfect amount of “whip” and “flex” for weightlifting, Synergee barbells still have the stiffness needed for heavy powerlifting, Olympic lifting, body building and crushing WODs. Each bar is tested for straightness and balance throughout the barbell. Comfort in your grip comes from the knurl. Our goal was to create a full and uniform pattern that is not too aggressive but still gives the maximum grip you need. The knurling on a barbell is ground onto the bar by a specialized machine. The pattern features two sets of diagonal lines, each set going in the opposite direction, so that they form thousands of tiny little diamonds. These diamonds keep your hands from slipping, ensuring your comfort throughout your workout. After testing multiple knurls, we settled on a standard knurl with dual knurl marks. The inner knurl mark is for powerlifting, while the outer is for Olympic weightlifting.

I love this bar, very durable and is just like the women’s bars at my CrossFit gym. Love that it comes in pink and it’s a steal of a price. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Packaging was super heavy duty.

Cerakote on the bar is holding up to my j cups pretty good but some of the black from the ends is rubbing off from my weights even though im being pretty careful losing and unloading.
One of the sides has an audible "tick" sound as it rolls past one of the bearings.

If my rep gladiator bar came in red I'd have gotten another of those. This is a solid bar for the money though.

This bar is fantastic. Aside from the fact that it looks awesome -- it doesn't rust! My home gym is in the garage, so there is some moisture from time to time -- this bar hasn't shown the first sign of rust. I can load it up with as many plates as I want, and it never warps. It's rated for 1500lbs -- I'll never see that much weight, but it doesn't even flinch at the 600lbs I put on it.

Buy this bar.. right now... seriously. If you were on the edge, or not sure if this bar is right for you -- trust me, just buy it. You won't be disappointed.

BONUS: The packaging is unreal. I've bought bars before and they usually come in a banged up paper tube with the ends falling off and your bar bouncing around. This one came in a super thick tube, and they put 4 screws into the thick plastic end caps to make sure they were secure. The bar was also wrapped up nicely, and in perfect shape. They even threw in some wrist wraps.

*** UPDATE ***
I've had this bar for a while now, and it's gotten tons of use. The only con I've found is that I don't have one in each color!

Very poor packaging, bar arrived scratched up & damaged on the ends. I decided to repair it myself rather than wait for a return. The red cerakote is thin and not even. Bar does function well, smooth bearings as well. Worth the money. Dont expect Rogue quality at this price though. Update 1/26/2020- The Seller contacted me and made a great effort to resolve the issue after reading my review. I did not contact them. They DO read reviews and want their customers happy with their products. So this was a better experience after all. At least they WANT to repair this issue. Hope this helps someone.

Not much to say. It's an Olympic bar and does what it's supposed to do... Holds weight plates. It's sturdy, well built, looks great and the added bonus of choosing the color is always good. The price is on point with the current market as well. Would highly recommend. No complaints here.

I was looking for a budget-friendly local alternative for the Rogue Cerakote bars, and this fits the bill perfectly. The knurling is just sharp enough, but not too much, perfect for oly lifts. The spin is also very smooth and it has a nice whip. The cerakote coating seems to be nice and even as well. All in all, I am pleasantly surprised by this bar and would recommend it as an oly bar or multipurpose.

This is a really nice bar and came quickly, definitely an improvement over the cheaper one I had before which was 3 pieces screwed together, as this one is all one piece. Opening the package is a bit of a pain as it's in a super thick cardboard tube. My only negative and reason for 4 stars is because on both ends where the weights go all the black is scratched and scuffed up there. Not a huge deal as it's on the inside but it's scuffed pretty badly. The reason for the 1 star off is because RIGHT beside it is a big label saying it was personally built by someone and inspected by someone else. There's no way anyone inspected this barbell and thought that was acceptable. It does say to contact them before leaving a review, but as if I'm going to send this thing back. The poor UPS guy was barely able to carry it up the driveway, and getting it out of the tube it came in was so difficult that I had to cut it all up. Not worth returning since it's a barbell, it's going to get scuffed up from use. Just disappointing paying this much and having it have any marks on it!

Absolutely amazing value for a home gym bar. The color is spot on, the bearings are super impressive and the sleevess have a nice bite to prevent sliding. When I opened the box the collars were protected with a pair of wrist wraps and deadlift straps. This would be worth 6 stars of the knurling was a little more aggressive bit as it stands its perfect for bench, squats, shoulders, etc. I use my older cheese grater bar for deads.
