Shipping was good, arrived earlier than I had thought. When I opened the box, it reeked of cigarette smoke. I then opened the plastic sealed bag with the fibit and bands and both reeked of cigarette smoke. The fitbit itself was filthy, I had to clean it. And I'm pretty sure the band is the wrong type, they are too big and don't even fit into the gaps where the band connects.
Because of the awful smell and the fact that I couldn't even connect the band to the Fitbit, I had to go to Walmart to buy a replacement band that connected with no issues whatsoever.
The Fitbit itself synced good, works great so far. No issues with connectivity and I love the update from my old charge hr.
I will update my review if anything changes with the actual Fitbit.
