    Both the power cable and the power adapter are not the original ones from OnePLus.I bought this phone and it doesn't charge at all. I've tried on several power plugs in my house and none worked. I have a $500 brick in my hands.

    I’m glad I got this thing. It’s one of the best phone’s I’ve ever used, and for it’s value I’m quite impressed. My wife has a Note 10+ and I’m glad that I saved $700 almost for my phone. Just make sure you call tech support to make it a CDMA-less device to get SMS texts if you’re using Verizon or Sprint.
