    No, this is not a scam, it's a real product.
    Ships in its original red box. Instructions are in chinese.
    There's a warning about the product will not work on Verizon or AT&T networks. Other than that it's the real product.

    Comes with a few (3) pre-installed applications targeted to chinese market. Other than that it works pretty well.
